Отхождение вод или раннее искусственное вскрытие пузыря (амниотомия) запускает бОльшую стимуляцию родов. От чего у многих мам болезненность схваток усиливается. Поэтому торопиться с амниотомией как для мамы, так и для малыша точно не стоит☝️ Я всегда за то, чтобы роды прошли естественным путем.

В то же время, если плодный пузырь не лопнул сам, вскрывать его все же нужно. Иначе во время движения плода оболочки могут потянуть за собой плаценту. Это может привести к её отслойке и кровотечению. Но вскрывать пузырь можно только, когда шейка матки раскрылась от 8 см или полностью, а головка ребенка опустилась на тазовое дно.

Решение о вскрытии плодного пузыря принимает врач на основании данных внутреннего осмотра беременной ????⚕️ Если амниотомия произведена раньше положенного, возрастает риск родовой травмы новорожденного и повышения интенсивности и болезненности схваток. Роды ускоряются, и при этом возрастает риск кесарева сечения.

Поэтому раннюю амниотомия необходимо делать только по показаниям. К таким относятся: гестоз, многоводие, краевое предлежание плаценты или частичная отслойка нормально расположенной плаценты. Часто плоский пузырь также включают в список этих показаний. Но в то же время, есть успешный опыт, когда роды завершались удачно без вскрытия плоского пузыря. Поэтому решение об амниотомии должно приниматься индивидуально и тщательно взвесив все «за» и «против» ⚖️
