Судьба долгостроя "Синий зуб" в Москве на проспекте Вернадского решится в конце года.

"Это один из самых известных долгостроев столицы. Последние пять лет горожане спрашивают, что же будет с “Синим зубом” на проспекте Вернадского.
Решением федерального правительства академии выделены средства на обследование и разработку проектной документации. Это знаковый шаг по исключению объекта из перечня долгостроев"
Сейчас ведутся изыскания и обмеры объекта.
"Самый главный вопрос - проверить устойчивость здания. Думаю, в течение года обследования этого долгостроя завершат", - пояснил глава Департамента.
Далее могут быть принятые разные решения.
"Первое - достроить высотку с усилением конструкций.
Второе - заменить отдельные элементы здания и также завершить стройку.
Важно, что на сегодняшний день вопрос финансирования решен, подрядчик за два-три года может достроить объект", - сказал С. Левкин.
Ранее сообщалось, что в январе этого года на торгах была определена компания, которая разработает проект и реконструирует этот долгострой.
Строительство учебно-делового центра РАНХиГС и гостиницы “Зенит” на федеральном земельном участке по адресу: пр. Вернадского, вл. 82 началось в 1990 году. Из-за проблем с финансированием в 2004 году стройка была приостановлена. В 2011 году объект был передан РАНХиГС.
