Здание строилось 22 года, на строительство собрали 20 000 человек. 1631 год. Главный архитектор получил неограниченные полномочия, и он их оправдал. #Мрамор привозили за 300 километров из уникальной раджпутанской каменоломни.
Весь комплекс это закрытый с трех сторон парк.
#Ансамбль спланирован как дорога, ведущая к главной святыне, его осью является оросительный канал, разделенный посредине пути мраморным бассейном. К четырем минаретам от него идут дорожки.
Все внутри строго симметрично. Лишь молитвы над входами отличаются. Они выложены камнем "чёрная звезда". В лунную ночь и на солнце он светится. Весь белый мрамор Тадж Махала прозрачный. Прикладываешь фонарик, и становятся видны все прожилки камня.
Из-за двойного купола в мавзолее очень красивое #эхо . Служитель на распев огласил наши с Ванькой имена ????
Сейчас и весь город #Агра называют городом любви.

# The ensemble is planned as a road leading to the main shrine, its axis is the irrigation canal, divided in the middle of the way by a marble pool. To the four minarets from him go the paths.
Everything inside is strictly symmetrical. Only the prayers above the entrances are different. They are lined with black star stone. On a moonlit night and in the sun, it glows. All white Taj Mahal marble is transparent. You attach a flashlight, and all the streaks of stone become visible.
