В течение недели завершат обрешётку, уложат гидроизоляцию и та-дам! уже покроют крышу черепицей (мы заказали чёрную ????).

▪️Считаем в нескольких компаниях стоимость окон и их установку.

▪️Двери на зиму, скорее всего, будем устанавливать бэушные: только с целью закрыть на зиму дом. Постоянные и красивые (цветные ????) - после зимы.

▪️Вместе с дизайнером рисуем возможные планировки кухни-столовой и гостиной, чтобы определиться с концептуальным расположением мебели. И знать, куда вести черновую инженерию (она будет идти под полом).

И вот на этом этапе после многочисленных обсуждений с мужем внезапно нарисовался новый вариант планировки с переносом существующей террасной двери ???? Хорошо, что эта идея пришла сейчас - пока ещё можно аккуратно заложить текущую дверь на террасу и прорубить окно под дверь ???? Пока думаем, стоит ли игра свеч)

Сейчас расскажу, а вы напишите, что бы вы выбрали сами.

1️⃣ Выход на террасу с восточной стороны дома - через гостиную.
➕ Плюсы: терраса с видом на участок, в основном на его «лесную» часть; от террасы до забора 11 м.
➖ Минусы: по данным инсоляции участка солнца мы на террасе почти не увидим ???? Летом солнце до 10 утра, в остальные времена года - вообще нет ????

2️⃣ Выход на террасу с западной стороны дома, через кухню. Нужно прорубить текущее окно под дверь; но это не критично ???? Потому что плюсов много:
✔️ Дверь рядом с кухней (удобно носить продукты/посуду).
✔️ Ближе раковина.
✔️ Терраса на солнечной стороне.
✔️ На одной стороне дома сразу три двери - входная, в топочную и на террасу. А, значит, это одна оформленная зона террасы: её можно единовременно застеклить и покрыть одной крышей.

➖Из минусов: вид на забор (до него три метра) и чуть-чуть, с угла, на участок.
⠀
