Ответ на резолюцию митинга в защиту озера Ястребиное 23 февраля 2012:
"Товарищи, я получила ответ от карельского министра природопользования Штрахова на нашу резолюцию митинга (под ней было около 1000 подписей). Кое-что полностью взято из предыдущих ответов. Но есть часть свежая, разговорный стиль которой показывает, что ее (почему бы и нет) писал сам министр Штрахов, рукой которого письмо подписано.
Сразу скажу, что на все наши просьбы сформулированы вежливые ОТКАЗЫ.
1) Оснований для внеплановой проверки ЗАО "Экопром-Транзит" нет, плановой в 2012 министерством не предусмотрено.
2)Законный оснований для отзыва лицензии нет.
3) Предоставление Экопрому альтернативного участка под карьер не представляется возможным, так как:
- Экопром за свой счет провел геологоразведку
- Экопром в рамках выполнения условий лицензионного соглашения уже потратил денег в объеме, исчисляемым десятками миллионов рублей (именно такая формулировка, точнее министр не написал; вопрос - возможна ли такая сумма?) и затраты еще не закончены, так как потребуется реконструкция станции Куликово и строительство дополнительной ветки, и оборудование купить, и вообще, окупается все это дело лишь через 7-10 лет после начала работы карьера.
- Если дать Экопрому дугой участок, то ему придется всю эту ботву (разведка, вложение десятков лимонов рублей) вкладывать заново в новый участок (понятно, не министерство же ему деньги вернет))
И последнее - хамское - которое уже звучало в предыдущих ответах. Помните, что раньше Штрахов всегда на просьбу создать охранную зону Ястребиному сос тороны Карелии писал, что, мол, пусть леноблы сначала у себя создадут, а мы потому примем адекватные меры. И вот теперь, когда пришлось отвечать за базар (леноблы создали, как обещали - ждем подписи Сердюкова), милейших Штрахов пишет, что так как "Озеро Ястребиное" является ленинградской ООПТ, то создание для нее охранной зоны со стороны другого субъекта не представляется возможным по закону..... Нет, вы чувствуете, какой мастер лепить отмазки!!!!
Мне кажется, по итогам откровенного саботажа карелов всех наших и куликовских просьб, предпринять эпистолярную атаку министра природных ресурсов РФ Трутнева. Или другие есть мнения?" Ирина Андрианова

1) There are no grounds for an unscheduled audit of CJSC “Ecoprom-Transit”, the Ministry does not provide for a planned one in 2012
2) There are no legal grounds for revoking the license.
3) It is not possible to provide an alternative site for the pit to Ekoprom, because:
- Ecoprom has conducted exploration at its own expense
- Within the framework of fulfilling the terms of the license agreement, Ecoprom has already spent money in the amount of tens of millions of rubles (this is the wording, or rather the minister did not write; the question is whether such an amount is possible?) And the costs are not finished yet, since reconstruction of Kulikovo station and construction are required additional branch, and equipment to buy, and in general, the whole business pays off only 7-10 years after the start of the career.
