В подъезде стоит запах старины, при приподнятом настроении он может даже нравиться, но я как производственник сразу смекнул, что это плесень и ничего хорошего в этом нет. Квартиру окинул взглядом, точно, нет вентиляции, значит все двери и окна должны быть открыты, особенно в ванную и туалет, летом то без разницы, а зимой видать жители дома вдыхают ароматные споры, получая легочные заболевания. К квартире прилагается чулан в подвале, закрываемый на ключ. О! Вот она причина "запах старины", сырой подвал обитый досками, возле труб видны капли конденсата, плесени не видно, но запах говорит сам за себя. Вентиляции нет. Мой чулан 4х4 метра, но сласть туда я бы ничего не рискнул. Так вернемся обратно, на удивление есть стиральная машина, вообще тут не принято иметь ее в доме, принято пользоваться услугами общественной прачечной за 2 доллара за стирку и обязательного ожидания ее окончания, на кой это надо, для меня до сих пор загадка.

So let's go back, surprisingly there is a washing machine, it’s generally not customary to have it in the house, it is customary to use the services of a public laundry for $ 2 for washing and the obligatory waiting for it to finish, for which it is necessary, it’s still a mystery to me.
