Вчера я побывал в театре швейцарского Санкт-Галлена на Tanz der Vampire. Сбылась мечта - я увидел этот мюзикл в оригинале, да еще и с Томасом Борхертом и Мерцедес Чампаи в главных ролях!
В этом сезоне постановку сделали "модерновой": сменили декорации и антураж с XVIII на XX век. Я, признаться, ехал туда с некоторым опасением - есть много примеров хороших постановок, безнадежно испорченных "современным видением режиссера", но TdV оказался приятным исключением. Все было очень гармонично и нереально круто. Я бывал на концертах Томаса, но впервые смотрел мюзикл с его участием - это гениальнейший актер! С нетерпением жду поездки в Вену, где я снова увижу Томаса в театре Ronacher :) Все остальные актеры вчерашнего каста, хоть и незнакомые мне, тоже были на высоте.
Не обошлось и без курьезов. Сдавал в гардероб театра куртку, запихал шарф в рукав. Получил ее после мюзикла - нет шарфа! Дернулся было попросить гардеробщицу его поискать, но меня заклинило на языке. Шарф это der Schal, но там таких шарфов-потеряшек было много, а как сказать по-немецки "клетчатый"... Упс. Проблема. Интернетов в роуминге не дают, Wi-Fi в театре нет, у Google Translate не спросишь. Пришлось позорно звонить Вике, сознаваться, что я не знаю немецкого и просить подсказать :) Шарф в итоге нашли, да.
Так непривычно. Отсюда можно съездить в Швейцарию на поезде, это ближе и быстрее, чем от Питера до Москвы. И виза не нужна - немецкая Blue Card дает право посещать любую страну шенгенской зоны. Обратно ехал аж первым классом (Deutsche Bahn сделали мне апгрейд) и поймал себя на мысли, что еду домой. Франкфурт уже прочно ассоциируется у меня с домом, местом, куда возвращаешься.

Yesterday I visited the Swiss St. Gallen Theater at Tanz der Vampire. A dream come true - I saw this musical in the original, so even with Thomas Borhert and Merced Champaï in the lead roles!
This season the production was made “modern”: they changed the scenery and entourage from the XVIII to the XX century. I must admit, I went there with some fear - there are many examples of good productions, hopelessly spoiled by the “modern vision of the director,” but TdV was a pleasant exception. Everything was very harmonious and unreal cool. I have been to Thomas concerts, but for the first time I watched a musical with his participation - this is the most brilliant actor! I look forward to the trip to Vienna, where I will see Thomas again in the Ronacher Theater :) All the other actors of yesterday's caste, though unfamiliar to me, were also at their best.
Not without curiosities. I handed over a jacket to the theater wardrobe, stuffed a scarf into a sleeve. Got it after the musical - no scarf! I jerked to ask the dressmaker to look for him, but I was stuck in the tongue. A scarf is der Schal, but there were many such scarves there, but how to say “checkered” in German ... Oops. Problem. Internet roaming does not give, there is no Wi-Fi in the theater, you can’t ask Google Translate. I had to shamefully call Vika, confess that I do not know German and ask for a hint :) The scarf was finally found, yes.
