Судя по репостам и комментариям, операция #пыльныеусы нашла отклик в сердцах петербуржцев. Пыль и песок все еще обильно покрывают многие части нашего города (в том числе окна домов и внутренности легких).
Давайте добавим интерактива! Предлагаю делиться в соцсетях под тегом #пыльныеусы проблемами весенней уборки Петербурга (с иллюстрациями) и вашими обращениями. Давайте ссылку на ваше обращение через "Наш Петербург". На чужое обращение можно подписаться и видеть как решили эту проблему. Количество подписчиков тоже демонстрирует интерес к проблеме.
Напомню, что если вы видите, что улица плохо убрана, об этом можно сообщить в Комитет по благоустройству. Есть три варианта:
1. Обращение через "Наш Петербург" https://gorod.gov.spb.ru/m/#/
2. Обращение по телефону 004 (Городской мониторинговый центр)
3. Обращение по телефонам 314-60-13 и 576-14-83 (дежурная Комитета по благоустройству)
При обращении через "Наш Петербург" будет сформирована заявка, за которой вы сможете следить через сайт или приложение. Там же получите отчет о том как вашу проблему решили или попытались решить. При обращении по телефону тоже будет сформирована заявка, вы можете узнать ее номер, чтобы потом поинтересоваться о ее статусе.
Почему я считаю, что, несмотря ни на что, нужно писать обращения и почему об этом нужно писать / говорить публично. Неколько причин.
1. Для начала это просто подсказка коммунальным службам. Помогаем им увидеть места, где еще не стало полностью чисто.
2. На каждое из обращений чиновники должны отвечать.
Их количество демонстрирует, какие проблемы волнует горожан. Нужно достичь такого количества обращений, чтобы было понятно, что помыть улицу проще, чем отвечать на тысячи сообщений. А сделать нормальные газоны и водоотведение — проще чем постоянно мыть улицы. Когда-нибудь до них дойдет.
3. Статистика ответов на обращения через "Наш Петербург" влияет на оценку работы администраций районов со стороны их начальства. Это их прямой KPI и на это обращают внимание.
4. Считайте, что это ваш принципиальный выбор, пыль это ок или нет?
Если улица покрыта песком, а в воздухе летает пыль, можно либо считать, что это нормально, либо быть этим недовольным. Если вам такое положение не нравится, то логично об этом сообщить напрямую тем, кто отвечает за очистку города. Подсказать, где еще не убрано. Есть шанс, что исправят. Если просто быть недовольным и ничего не сделать, то проблема гарантированно не будет решена.
5. Наконец, PR эффект. Не думаю, что большинству нравятся пылевые бури, но возможно не все задумываются, что это не природное, а антропогенное явление. Мы можем жить в чистом городе, это как-минимум технически возможно!
