Нам, людям с зудящей пустотой внутри, жадным до любви и внимания, бывают по нраву даже ответы саппорта.
Случилась у меня стремительная история со счастливым финалом в мире людей-ябловодов. Я иногда грешу тем, что лениво беру за символическую денежку кино напрокат и смотрю, не отходя от эпплтв или телефона. За такой вот очередной грех меня случайно наказали, сняв денег трижды и не дав ничего взамен. Я была расстроена, но даже в пучине депрессии нашла в себе силы прожать пару кнопочек в саппорте. Не могу не поделиться тем, какие они милые, и привожу наиболее душевные кусочки:
«I can certainly understand how eager you must be to get this straightened out. Rest assured that I’ll review your account and provide you the best course of action with this matter.

Структура всего письма была такая:
— рассказали, как поняли мою проблему;
— посопереживали;
— пообещали порешать;
— объявили, что и как решили;
— объяснили, почему со мной приключилась беда;
— посоветовали, чем можно избегать такого в будущем;
— набросали ссылок по теме;
— выразили надежду, что смогли помочь;
— пожелали чудесного дня.
Конечно, это не решает проблем с неповоротливостью аппстора, но мне, лично мне как будто бы уделили время живого человека, который желает мне добра, и мне было приятно.

I had a fast-moving story with a happy ending in the world of apple-growers. Sometimes I sin by lazily renting a movie for a nominal money and watching it without leaving my phone or phone. - told how they understood my problem;
- empathized;
- promised to solve;
- announced what and how they decided;
- explained why trouble happened to me;
- advised how to avoid this in the future;
- Sketched links on the topic;
- expressed hope that they could help;
- wished a wonderful day.
Of course, this does not solve the problems with the slowness of the appstore, but it seemed to me personally that I had been given the time of a living person who wished me well, and I was pleased.
