Fundo de quintal
Не помню рассказывала ли о заведениях Рио, но сегодня рассказ будет о том, чем живет "нетуристический" ресторанный бизнес центральной Бразилии. Одно из интересных мест " Fundo de quintal", что в переводе означает что то вроде "задний двор". Энное количество лет назад хозяин данного превратил свой задний двор в ресторан с домашней пищей. Сначала заведение было небольшим и принимало друзей и соседей по району, со временем немного расширилось и стало полноценным рестораном. Пищу по прежнему готовят домашнюю (что интересно, в плане еды бразильцы-настоящие патриоты, в большинстве случаев в общепите вы встретите тоже, что и традиционно готовят дома каждый день. А вот само место крайне приятное: в тени огромных деревьев (что немаловажно) стоят столики, вольер с гусями... вход в уборную задекорирован знаменитыми бразильскими шлепками..
Теперь о "барной" жизни. Кто-то говорит, что Бразилия в этом плане похожа на Вьетнам: каждый бар-это столы и стулья на улицах. Я, пожалуй, не соглашусь. Здесь иная атмосфера южных стран, и в силу климата вся жизнь происходит не в барах, а около них. Есть и улица, которую я про себя называю местной "думской", которая вечерами забивается так, что движение по ней становится невозможным. Употребляют тут только пиво очень ледяное из маленьких 100 г стаканчиков-чтобы не успевало нагреваться. О чем ещё вам было бы интересно узнать? Пишите в комментариях)

I don’t remember talking about Rio establishments, but today the story will be about what the "non-tourism" restaurant business of central Brazil lives in. But the place itself is extremely pleasant: in the shade of huge trees (which is important) tables, aviary with geese ... the entrance to the restroom is decorated with famous Brazilian flip flops ..
Now about the "bar" life. Someone says that Brazil in this regard is similar to Vietnam: each bar is tables and chairs on the streets. I probably do not agree. Here the atmosphere of the southern countries is different, and due to the climate, all life happens not in bars, but near them. There is also a street, which I myself call a local "Duma" street, which clogs up in the evenings so that traffic on it becomes impossible.
