Вырыпаев пробует себя в театре абсурда и сочиняет пьесу, главная ценность которой — идеально отточенные, хлесткие, остроумные и принципиально бессмысленные диалоги. Удивительно, с каким азартом и наслаждением три ведущих актера «Мастерской» — Ксения Кутепова, Томас Моцкус и Алексей Колубков — бросаются в эту стихию, с какой готовностью принимают правила игры. Они не пытаются показать драматический спектакль, а устраивают бешеный стендап на троих. Вместе с тем туманные и демонстративно нереальные обстоятельства пьесы они принимают с психологической глубиной той театральной школы, которой принадлежат, и именно от этого спектакль становится еще смешнее. У «фоменок» персонажи Вырыпаева похожи на героев Чехова, которые заблудились и вдруг попали в пьесу Беккета.

Vyrypaev tries himself in the theater of the absurd and composes a play, the main value of which is perfectly honed, biting, witty and fundamentally meaningless dialogues. It is amazing with what excitement and pleasure the three leading actors of the "Workshop" - Ksenia Kutepova, Thomas Motskus and Alexei Kolubkov - rush into this element, with which they readily accept the rules of the game. They do not try to show a dramatic performance, but arrange a frantic stand-up for three. At the same time, they accept the vague and demonstratively unreal circumstances of the play with the psychological depth of the theater school to which they belong, and it is from this that the performance becomes even funnier. In the “fomen”, Vyrypaev’s characters are similar to Chekhov’s heroes who got lost and suddenly fell into Becket’s play.
