В долгой истории Театрального института имени Бориса Щукина есть примеры того, как на учебной сцене рождались выдающиеся спектакли, на которые «ходила вся Москва»; именно в Щукинской школе началась жизнь Театра на Таганке (спектакль «Добрый человек из Сезуана» Юрия Любимова был дипломной работой выпуска 1964 года), драматических театров республики Тува и Ингушетия, молдавского театра «Лучаферул» и многих других.

В январе помимо уже полюбившихся «Турандот», «Без ума от тебя» и «Двенадцатая ночь», нас ждут премьера комедии Карло Гольдони «Кьоджинские перепалки» в постановке Александра Коручекова, «Дни Турбиных», «О, Баядера!».
