Видмантас Селюнас - Профессор, доктор искусствоведения. Заслуженный деятель искусств Российской Федерации. Заведующий кафедрой искусствоведения Школы-студии МХАТ.
Историк театра, театровед, театральный и литературный критик.
Окончил ГИТИС им. А. В. Луначарского в 1958 году.
В Школе-студии работает с 1966 года, читает курс истории зарубежной литературы студентам актерского факультета и факультета сценографии и театральной технологии.
В 2008 году возглавил кафедру искусствоведения.
Постоянно участвует в международных конгрессах и конференциях, читает лекции в крупнейших университетах Европы и мира.

«Федерико Гарсиа Лорка: драма поэта», М. , 1989
«От истоков к вершинам. Испанский театр XVI — XVII вв.», М. , 1995

Vidmantas Selunas - Professor, Doctor of Art. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. Head of the Department of Art Studies at the Moscow Art Theater School.
Theater historian, theater expert, theater and literary critic.
He graduated from GITIS. A.V. Lunacharsky in 1958.
He has been working at the Studio School since 1966, gives a course in the history of foreign literature to students of the acting department and the department of scenography and theater technology.
In 2008 he headed the department of art history.
Constantly participates in international congresses and conferences, lectures at major universities in Europe and the world.
