Мне наконец удалось познакомиться с одним из лучших экскурсоводов проекта «Москва глазами инженера», Александром Ермолиным. Он настолько много всего знает и любит в архитектуре, что я не удержалась и попросила сделать нам цикл его экскурсий по объектам сталинской архитектуры. Первая из них состоится уже в эту субботу.

Ажурный дом и Дом на ножках – два выдающихся памятника архитектуры 20-го века, которые волею судеб оказались друг напротив друга на Беговой улице и ведут постоянный диалог. Ажурный дом – один из самых необычных образцов сталинской архитектуры, Дом на ножках – памятник модернизма. Ажурный дом собран из крупных блоков, Дом на ножках – из панелей, но оба они превращают типовую технологию в произведение искусства. Как это удалось двум талантливым архитекторам – разбираемся на нашей экскурсии.
Во время экскурсии «Уникальные типовые дома» вы увидите:
роскошное здание конюшен Манташева дореволюционной постройки
знаменитый Ажурный дом на Ленинградском проспекте
окажетесь внутри него и увидите оригинальную плитку и паркет, эффектные пространства лестничных клеток
Дом авиаторов, более известный как «Дом на ножках»
его подъезд и лестничную клетку в наружной башне
рассмотрите устройство панелей Дома на ножках и его технический этаж

I finally managed to get acquainted with one of the best guides of the project “Moscow through the eyes of an engineer”, Alexander Ermolin. He knows and loves so much in architecture that I could not resist and asked me to make a series of his excursions to objects of Stalinist architecture. The first of them will take place this Saturday.

The openwork house is assembled from large blocks, the House on the legs is made of panels, but both of them turn a typical technology into a work of art.
