Закон еще не приняли, а музыку уже удаляют... Люди негодуют, это война) Между прочим, эти законы вынуждают закон все же нарушать, учитывая, что музыка попадает из прослушки, то приходится ее себе качать. А вообще, с точки зрения развития информационного общества, подобные законы о праве интелектуальной собственности - бессмысленный процесс, это станет сддерживающим фактором (если вообще станет) на 5-15 лет, не больше. По сути, культурное достояние должно быть доступно всем. А музыкальным компаниям надо просто менять бизнес-стратегию и зарабатывать деньги через другое, а не истерично визжать, что у них отнимают кусок хлеба с маслом. Визжи не визжи, качай не качай, не важно, кто по какую сторону - информация будет распространяться, песни, стихи, тексты, новости. Мы на культурологическом переломе, когда меняются многие понятия, и с этим придется смриться, как пришось человечеству смириться с детабуизацией огня, автомобилями и электронной музыкой. Модная гонка за прибылью - это дорога в ад, и путь к революции. потому что культурные ценности становятся и недоступны, и не популярны, общество, и так не сильно умное, деградирует, и отупевшей силой проще управлять, но если она вырвется из под-контроля... А это произойдет, это всегда происходило в истории. И чем дольше удерживать черта в банке, тем сильнее взрыв... Хотя боюсь, все проще: в Госдуме сидят люди далекие от России, как божья коровка от ядерной физики. Они не думают ни о движениях культуры, ни о том, что для исполнения закона нужен не столько сам закон, сколько его легетимность, точнее таже нелегетимность его нарушения. У нас легетимна коррупция, хоть ты тресни, поээтому оставьте ее на уровне 80 к 20, 20 процентов все равно будет давать и брать, зато 80 будут работать нормально. А полностью пытаться ее искоренить - это просто торможения всего и вся. И воруют при этом уже не 20, а 40 процентов. Так, на всякий случай. Закон о курении - это вообще смех. Потому что работа собачья и при этом требует социального объединяющего действа, а роль курения в налаживании связей - неоценима, хоть и вред здоровью. И именно из-за его социальных функций оно неистребимо. Так и с бедной музыкой... И да, посыпятся на меня сейчас камни от тех, кто в матрице, что все это праввильно, что вот в Европе, вот в США, вот надо менять мозг.... Не, мозг менять надо, с учетом культурологических факторов. В Китае кстати с этим все хорошо, они очень сильно ориентируются на свою культуру. А у нас - на чужую. А то, что нелегетимно для немца, легетимно для русского. И ему уже похрен на законность и легальность. Такие факторы меняются столетиями, и то не все. Надо менять переменные, отталкиваясь от констант, а не пытаться изм енить констатнты, наводя хаос в переменных. В этом мудрость. Но в Госудуме сидят не политтехнологи, а те, кто когда-то жил в России, но уже все давным давно позабыл....
