«Дао Дэ Цзин» («Книга пути и достоинства») – одна из самых сложных и значимых книг в истории, предполагаемо созданная Лао-цзы.
Поделюсь своими конспектами, но категорически не буду претендовать на объективность – книга прошла множество фильтров от тех, кто писал и восстанавливал тексты (они дошли до нас примерно в том же виде, что на фото), до переводчиков и моего восприятия.
1.
Происходящее с тобой – отклик твоих состояний, и, соответственно, успех достигается как следствие создания правильных состояний (это и есть высший уровень деятельности, обеспечивающий управление случайностями).
Каким должно быть состояние, создающее нужный узор обстоятельств?
Ровное и радостное отношение ко всему происходящему (не вовлечённость и не соперничество), ты всего лишь реализуешь волю неба.
Даже воюя, не быть воинственным по отношению к тому, с кем воюешь. Предвидя и действуя силой духа, а не силой гнева.
2.
Не суетиться и быть в точке высокой податливости.
В первую очередь – усилия по вниманию. Не позволять себе тревожных мыслей и контролируй позывы своего эго.
3.
Три главные ценности:
- милосердие – способность прощать и хранить в сердце любовь несмотря ни на что. Творить добро, не ожидая вознаграждения
- бережливость – тратить сил столько, сколько нужно
- соразмерность - способность не действовать пока мир не пришёл в движение, не реагировать на отражения своих опасений, а сохранять внимательность в каждой единице своего движения
4.
Основа успеха – исполнение простых вещей на высочайшем уровне. Решать сложные задачи через простые шаги (большие дела создаются из простых действий)
Делайте трудное через легкое, большое через малое.
5.
Есть мужество действовать и мужество сдержать себя, когда очень хочется действовать.
Есть риск от действий, а есть риск от упущенных возможностей.
Есть необходимость учиться, а есть необходимость разучаться.
6.
Не преукрашивать правду и ценить все вещи одинаково вне зависимости от стоимости

Относиться к жизни, как к игре

Tao Te Ching (Book of Path and Dignity) is one of the most complex and significant books in history, supposedly created by Lao Tzu.
I will share my notes, but I will not categorically pretend to objectivity - the book went through many filters from those who wrote and restored texts (they reached us in about the same form as in the photo), to translators and my perception.
1.
What is happening to you is the response of your states, and, accordingly, success is achieved as a result of creating the right states (this is the highest level of activity that provides for the management of chance).
What should be the state creating the desired pattern of circumstances?
Equal and joyful attitude to everything that happens (not involvement and rivalry), you just realize the will of heaven.
Even when fighting, do not be belligerent towards the one with whom you are fighting. Anticipating and acting by the power of the spirit, and not by the power of anger.

Do not fuss and be at a point of high compliance.
First of all, attention efforts. Do not allow yourself disturbing thoughts and control the desires of your ego.
3.
Three core values:
- mercy - the ability to forgive and keep love in the heart no matter what. Do good without expecting reward
- thrift - spend as much energy as you need
- proportionality - the ability not to act until the world is in motion, not to respond to the reflection of their fears, but to remain attentive in every unit of their movement
4.
The basis of success is the execution of simple things at the highest level. Solve complex tasks through simple steps (big things are created from simple actions)
Do the hard through the easy, the big through the small.
5.
There is the courage to act and the courage to restrain oneself when one really wants to act.
There is a risk from actions, but there is a risk from missed opportunities.
There is a need to learn, but there is a need to unlearn.
