Основные изменения по ОСАГО:
С 02.08.2014 при ДТП обращаемся только в свою компанию по ОСАГО. Если ущерб не превышает 50 000 ₽, можно оформить ДТП без вызова инспекторов ГИБДД.
С 01.09.2014 срок выплат по ОСАГО сократился до 20 календарных дней.
С 01.10.2014 лимиты выплат выросли до 400 000 ₽ на каждого потерпевшего. Размер амортизационного износа снижен с 80 до 50%. Лимит по европротоколу в Москве, Санкт-Питербурге, Московской и Лениградской областях составляет 400 000 ₽, если участники подтвердили факт наступления события с предоставлением материалов фото- видеофиксации ДТП, в т.ч. с помощью систем определения местоположения ГЛОНАСС или других навигационных систем.
Все вышеперечисленные изменения касаются договоров, оформленных не ранее, чем дата вступления этих изменений в силу.

А теперь о грустном, с 11.10.2014 повысились тарифы. Цена может различаться в зависимости от страховой компании, но скорее всего страховщики будут брать по максимуму.
