Центр защиты прав граждан в Петербурге добился восстановления стены после некачественного ремонта
Вскоре после косметического ремонта в одной из многоэтажек на проспекте Металлистов стены в парадных покрылись трещинами и стали осыпаться. ЦЗПГ пришлось вмешаться, чтобы заставить УК переделать свои ошибки. Косметический ремонт подъездов по проспекту Металлистов, 25 прошел около месяца назад, но результат оказался хуже прежнего.
Сразу в двух парадных в доме по стенам пошли трещины. Куски штукатурки обваливались каждый день, обнажая кирпичные стены. Жильцам парадной приходилось буквально дышать строительной пылью. Также на этом месте стали появляться граффити, которые, видимо, рисовали подростки, привлеченные внешней неустроенностью подъезда.
Как и следовало ожидать, в ответ на жалобы жильцов в управляющей компании разводили руками: ремонт уже проведен согласно плану.
Специалисты ЦЗПГ «Справедливая Россия» привлекли к решению вопроса жилищное агентство. Трещины в парадных дома были зафиксированы, и через две недели Жилкомсервис №1 Красногвардейского района заново покрасил и оштукатурил стены, приведя дом в приличный вид.

The specialists of the Fair Russia Fair Center brought in a housing agency to resolve the issue. Cracks in the front houses were fixed, and two weeks later Zhilkomservis No. 1 of the Krasnogvardeisky district re-painted and plastered the walls, bringing the house into a decent appearance.
