Мироновский Центр в Петербурге добился защиты двора от летающего мусора
Мусорные контейнеры на площадке во дворе дома на шоссе Революции не были оборудованы крышкой, в результате отходы скоро оказывались разбросаны по всей улице. Это добавилось к другим проблемам многоэтажки. Двор дома на шоссе Революции, 21 с наступлением весны оказался полностью покрыт мусором – пластиковыми пакетами, бутылками и тряпками. При этом во дворе есть забетонированная площадка с большими контейнерами для отходов. Проблема в том, что ни у контейнеров, ни у площадки нет ограждения сверху.
– Мусорные баки стоят под открытым небом на плоской площадке, открытой всем ветрам. Едва ветер подует – все разлетается, – пожаловались жильцы дома в Центре справедливости.
Контейнеры постоянно переполнялись, мусор не вывозился вовремя и вскоре оказывался где угодно: на детской площадке, на парковке, у подъездов. Естественно, ни о каком комфорте во дворе не шло и речи. Жители не знали, требовать ли помощи от коммунальщиков, от мусороуборочных служб или городских властей. Однако после обращения в Центр защиты прав граждан на просьбы жителей отреагировала администрация Красногвардейского района. Уже через два дня на мусорных баках появились крышки.
Теперь специалисты Центра будут следить за тем, чтобы мусор все же вывозили вовремя. Равным образом надо будет решить и другие проблемы многоэтажки: в одной из парадных люди месяцами продолжают жаловаться на отсутствие ремонта и нестерпимый запах из подвала.

The containers were constantly overflowing, garbage was not removed on time and was soon found anywhere: on the playground, in the parking lot, at the porches. Naturally, there was no question of any comfort in the yard. Residents did not know whether to demand assistance from communal services, from garbage services or city authorities. However, after contacting the Center for the Protection of Citizens' Rights, the Krasnogvardeisky district administration responded to requests from residents. Two days later, lids appeared on the trash bins.
Now, the Center’s specialists will ensure that garbage is nevertheless disposed of on time. Likewise, it will be necessary to solve other problems of the high-rise building: in one of the front rooms for months people continue to complain about the lack of repair and the unbearable smell from the basement.
