Представители Центра справедливости в Петербурге с боем попали на встречу с главой района
27 июля специалисты Центра защиты прав граждан приняли участие во встрече жильцов Красногвардейского района с главой администрации. Мероприятие началось со скандала: охрана отказывалась пускать пришедших людей в здание.
Прибыв в назначенное время на встречу с главой Красногвардейского района Евгением Разумишкиным, сотрудники Центра обнаружили, что дверь в муниципальное образование Ржевка закрыта, а возле входа стоят недоумевающие пенсионеры. Куратор Центра и кандидат в Заксобрание Санкт-Петербурга от партии «Справедливая Россия» Илья Сиялов постучал в дверь. Из здания вышел охранник и заявил, что не знает ни о какой встрече и пустить жильцов внутрь не может – «сказано не пускать». Предъявленные Сияловым удостоверения он проигнорировал, как и возмущения собравшихся пенсионеров.
- На основании чего вы не пускаете нас на встречу с главой района, нам же назначили? - возмущались пенсионеры. Внятного ответа услышать не удалось. Спустя пять минут к жильцам подъехал наряд полиции, который вызвал охранник. Он заявил, что собравшиеся «шумят, дебоширят и пытаются силой прорваться внутрь». Приехавшие полицейские ухмыльнулись от увиденного и молча удалились.
Спустя 20 минут собравшимся все же открыли дверь. Глава МО Ржевка Вячеслав Черевко находился в здании, но на встрече не присутствовал. Мероприятие началось с выступления Ильи Сиялова, который озвучил острую проблему района: по адресу улица 2-я Жерновская дом 27, лит. А появились бетонные плиты. Ранее в районной администрации прошли публичные слушания, на которых обсуждалось строительство гостиницы по указанному адресу. Жители высказались против. Появление бетонных плит сразу после публичных слушаний вызвало панику среди местного населения. Разумишкин заверил собравшихся, что никакой гостиницы построено не будет и поручил начальнику отдела строительства Алексею Фисяку взять дело под личный контроль. Сразу после собрания Фисяк выехал на место предполагаемого строительства.
Также главе администрации были озвучены проблемы Ржевского лесопарка, в котором крупногабаритные машины сваливают строительный мусор и промышленные отходы. Разумишкин заявил, что лесопарк находится в федеральной собственности, поэтому решить проблему администрация хочет, но не может.
Помимо прочего, были подняты вопросы некачественной работы управляющих компаний. Жильцы отметили, что большая часть лифтового оборудования превысила гарантийные сроки обслуживания и нуждается в скорейшей замене. В частности, в нескольких домах из-за этого лифты отключены. Собравшиеся также обсудили проблемы благоустройства дворовых территорий, реконструкции трамвайных путей и другие важные вопросы. В целом жители остались довольны встречей с Евгением Разумишкиным. Ряд острых вопросов был снят, а остальные взяты под личный контроль главой администрации Красногвардейского района.

Five minutes later, a police squad approached the residents, who was called by a security guard. He said that those gathered "are noisy, rowdy and are trying to force their way inside." Arriving policemen grinned at what they saw and silently left.
After 20 minutes, the audience nevertheless opened the door. The head of Moscow Region Rzhevka, Vyacheslav Cherevko, was in the building, but was not present at the meeting. The event began with a speech by Ilya Siyalov, who voiced the acute problem of the district: at the address 2 Zhernovskaya street 27, lit. And concrete slabs appeared. Earlier, the district administration held public hearings at which the construction of the hotel at the specified address was discussed. Residents opposed. The appearance of concrete slabs immediately after the public hearing caused panic among the local population. Razumishkin assured the audience that no hotel would be built and instructed the head of the construction department, Aleksey Fisyak, to take matters under personal control. Immediately after the meeting, Fisyak drove to the site of the proposed construction.
Also, the head of the administration voiced the problems of the Rzhevsky forest park, in which bulky cars dump construction waste and industrial waste. Razumishkin said that the forest park is in federal ownership, therefore the administration wants to solve the problem, but cannot.
Among other things, issues of poor quality management companies were raised. Residents noted that most of the elevator equipment exceeded the warranty service period and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. In particular, in several houses because of this, the elevators are disabled. The participants also discussed the problems of landscaping courtyards, reconstruction of tram tracks and other important issues. In general, residents were satisfied with the meeting with Evgeny Razumishkin. A number of sensitive issues were addressed, while the rest were taken under personal control by the head of the administration of the Krasnogvardeisky district.
