Сегодня в Красногвардейском районе, в парке Малиновка, прошел митинг под лозунгом: "Нет трассе по головам жителей!"
В течение двух часов, пока длился митинг, было собрано более 750 подписей под обращением к Президенту страны Путину В.В.
Единовременно на митинге присутствовало от 350 до 500 человек. У нас было 200 зеленых шариков, к середине митинга их не осталось. На фотографиях видно, как мало их среди собравшихся.
В митинге приняли участие:
1. Депутат Законодательного собрания, зам.председателя комиссии по городскому хозяйству, градостроительству и имущественным отношениям [id2480895|Борис Вишневский].
2. Депутат Законодательного собрания, председатель профильной комиссии по экологической защите населения [id4685943|Надежда Тихонова].
3. Депутат Государственной Думы по нашему округу Елена Григорьевна Драпеко, к сожалению, не смогла сегодня присутствовать на митинге. Обращение зачитала ее помощница по Санкт-Петербургу [id447515|Лилия Волкова].
4. Координатор Инициативной группы «В защиту парка Малиновка от любой застройки [id95262515|Марианна Алферова] .
5. Местный житель Антон Павлов.
6. Депутат Законодательного собрания, зам.председателя комиссии по городскому хозяйству, градостроительству и имущественным отношениям Алексей Ковалев, известный всему городу градозащитник, к сожалению, не смог сегодня присутствовать на митинге. Он попросил зачитать своё обращение Илью Сиялова.
7. Председатель "КАС Дача" Валерий Денисов.
8. Житель Невского района - Антон Борисенко.
9. Координатор партии ЛДПР в Красногвардейском районе Елена Мищенко.
10. Участник Инициативной группы «В защиту парка Малиновка» Валерий Заславский.

12. Кроме того, выступали жители улиц Передовиков и Хасанской. Общая тема выступлений - трасса станет общей бедой жителей двух районов.
Резолюция митинга
Мы, жители Красногвардейского района Санкт-Петербурга, собрались на согласованный митинг 2 апреля 2017 года, чтобы высказать свое мнение по поводу строительства скоростной трассы, получившей условное название Восточный Скоростной Радиус (диаметр).
Мы считаем, что данный проект не проработан и не учитывает интересы сотен тысяч жителей. Его реализация в предлагаемом в настоящий момент виде приведет к значительному ухудшению качества жизни и экологической обстановки, серьезно усугубит транспортные проблемы нескольких больших жилых массивов в двух районах города.
Мы требуем:
1. Обязать Комитет по развитию транспортной инфраструктуры и ЦНИИ Генплана СПб отказаться от предлагаемого в настоящий момент варианта трассировки Восточного скоростного радиуса и связанной с ним корректировки Генерального плана СПб в части прохождения магистрали от дорожной развязки на пересечении с Союзным проспектом и проспектом Энергетиков до КАД.
2. Отложить принятие решения о трассировке ВСР на указанном участке до принятия нового Генерального плана города в 2018 году.
3. Отказаться от строительства трассы вблизи жилой застройки, не учитывающее экологические и санитарные нормы (в том числе преимущественные направления ветра), и от строительства развязок вплотную к многоквартирным домам, от сноса гаражей вдоль железной дороги. Предусмотреть дополнительный путепровод для связи Невского и Красногвардейского районов в створах проспектов Наставников и Солидарности.
4. Разработать альтернативный проект трассы, не ущемляющий интересы жителей Красногвардейского района. Учесть при разработке нового проекта поданные на слушаниях по Генеральному плану СПб замечания, рассмотреть возможность прохождения магистрали вдоль Зольной улицы и далее вдоль Бокситогорской улицы по землям так называемого «серого пояса» с подключением к транспортной развязке Шафировского и Индустриального проспектов.

2. Member of the Legislative Assembly, chairman of the relevant commission for environmental protection of the population [id4685943 | Nadezhda Tikhonova].
3. The deputy of the State Duma in our district, Yelena Drapeko, unfortunately, was not able to attend the rally today. The appeal was read by her assistant in St. Petersburg [id447515 | Liliya Volkova].
4. Coordinator of the initiative group “In defense of the Robin Park from any development [id95262515 | Marianna Alferova].

We believe that this project has not been developed and does not take into account the interests of hundreds of thousands of residents. Its implementation in the form currently proposed will lead to a significant deterioration in the quality of life and the environmental situation, will seriously aggravate the transport problems of several large residential areas in two districts of the city.
We demand:
1. To oblige the Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure and the Central Research Institute of the General Plan of St. Petersburg to abandon the currently proposed option for tracing the Eastern High Speed Radius and the related adjustment of the General Plan of St. Petersburg in terms of passing the highway from the road junction at the intersection with Soyuzniy Avenue and Energetikov Avenue to the Ring Road.
2. To postpone the decision to trace HRV in the indicated area until the adoption of a new Master Plan of the city in 2018.
3. To abandon the construction of a highway near a residential development, which does not take into account environmental and sanitary standards (including predominant wind directions), and from the construction of interchanges close to apartment buildings, from the demolition of garages along the railway. Provide an additional overpass for communication between the Nevsky and Krasnogvardeisky districts in the sections of the avenues of Mentors and Solidarity.
4. Develop an alternative route design that does not infringe on the interests of residents of the Krasnogvardeisky district. When developing a new project, take into account the comments made at the hearings on the General Plan of St. Petersburg, consider the possibility of passing the highway along Zolnaya Street and further along Boksitogorskaya Street through the lands of the so-called “gray belt” with connection to Shafirovsky and Industrial Avenues.
