Публичные слушания об исполнении бюджета на Ржевке прошли без депутатов и жителей
На Ржевке не провели публичные слушания по отчету об исполнении бюджета за 2016 год, анонсированные в местной газете.
В выпуске муниципальной газеты от 5 мая было размещено объявление о том, что отчет по исполнению бюджета состоится 16 мая в 15:00. Однако, как сообщил ЗАКС.Ру гражданский активист Илья Сиялов, в назначенное время в муниципалитете не было главы совета Вячеслава Черевко, а в помещении, где обычно муниципалы проводят заседания, проходила встреча "актива округа".
- Люди приходят, говорят, что записывались на слушания, но их не пускает охранник на входе, потому что в муниципалитете действует пропускной режим, - сказал Сиялов. Он добавил, что информацию о публичных слушаниях муниципалы не разместили на своем сайте. Объявление об этом можно было найти только в спецвыпуске местной газеты, который хранится в районной библиотеке.
- Решения муниципального совета и спецвыпуски газет с нормотворческими документами должны публиковаться на сайте, но на Ржевке ничего этого нет. Там последняя информация за 2015 год, - добавил активист.
Когда в округе состоятся анонсированные слушания, в муниципалитете объяснить не смогли, так как ни главы, ни секретаря не оказалось на месте.
Представители общественных организаций и политических партий уже жаловались на закрытость местных властей в округе. В феврале муниципалы пытались тайно сформировать новый состав местной избирательной комиссии: решение о приеме кандидатур местные власти не опубликовали ни на своем сайте, ни в муниципальной газете. Представителям оппозиционных парламентских партий с трудом удалось подать свои предложения в местный избирком (https://munizipal.zaks.ru/archivemo/5981).
