Принял участие в выездном совещании с жителями Малой Охты по адресу: Уткин пр., 13, к. 5.
Совещание было посвящено теме строительства в данном квартале. На встрече присутствовали представители администрации Красногвардейского р-на, депутат ЗакСа Ивченко Б.С., Глава МО Малая Охта, я как помощник депутата Тихоновой Н.Г., представители застройщика и жители округа.
Жителям удалось договориться по ряду беспокоящих их вопросов.
Самое главное, впереди теперь предстоят переговоры с застройщиком о компенсации собственникам и нанимателям жилья сносимых домов. Чем быстрее удасться прийти к взаимному компромиссу, тем быстрее люди переведут в новое комфортабельное жилье.
Находится рядом с такой стройкой, очень некомфортно, много пыли, выхлопных газов и постоянного шума строительной техники.
