После этого делается совместное заявление Керри и министра иностранных дел Украины о немедленном прекращении огня.
Видимо, таково УСЛОВИЕ МОСКВЫ ,при котором она готова приостановить начало военных действий против ВСУ.

Похоже что РФ обзавелась по настоящему уникальным по качеству оружием и уже дважды за 12 месяцев продемонстрировало его возможности. Чем напугало.
Наступление хунты выдохлось на большинстве участков. Амбициозный план окружения Донецка и Горловки провалился. Гелетей заявил, что возможности для наступательных операций у хунты исчерпаны, после чего уже сегодня хунта начала забрасывать контакты в Белоруссию, чтобы Лукашенко выступил посредником для переговоров. Хунте отчаянно нужна передышка для перегруппировки и накопления сил. В целом, обстановка хоть и сложная, явно складывается в пользу ополчения, которое практически на всех участках смогло отбить масштабное наступление регулярной армии.
Особенно чувствительным стало поражение хунты в районе Шахтерска и Саур-Могилы, где даже ввод в первую линию более 250 единиц бронетехники не позволил добиться сколь-нибудь существенных результатов. По сути участок фронта между Горловкой и Алчевском ,остается единственным, где хунта все еще может предпринять наступление с целью решения серьезных оперативных задач, поэтому торопиться с признанием наступления хунты полностью провалившимся рано. Ближайшие бои под Дебальцево покажут, может ли еще хунта продвинуться вперед или мы постепенно видим, как для войск хунты наступает полоса серьезных затруднений. Похоже вчера окончательно сформировался второй котел в районе Степановки, который будут утюжить с Саур-Могилы как на полигоне. ВСУ таки загнало в котел еще 2 БТГ).
Антивоенные акции разрастаются. Военный комиссар Мукачевского района объявил о том, что на территории района мобилизация остановлена. До согласования (интересно кто, что и с кем будет согласовывать. Ситуация вышла из под контроля властей и назад уже не вернется). Накануне на улицах Мукачево начали возводить барикады (в цыганском районе)

В соседней Буковине ситуация тоже близка к народному взрыву:
Отмену мобилизации там еще не объявили, но фактически она там не идет (даже не начавшись).
Ситуация очень близка к взрыву и в других областях. Вопрос только в том, что послужит поводом населения к выступлению. Военное поражение на фронте уже скоро может превратится в катастрофу. На 1 августа назначен майдан в Киеве. Если власть не покажет силу (интересно чем) то мобилизация будет сорвана по всей территории.
