О ГЛОБАЛЬНОМ НЕВЕРИИ
Вот, что я скажу. Можно глобально не верить власти, полагая, что каждый ее элемент направлен против граждан и меня лично, что каждый ее исполнитель ненавидит остальных граждан и делает все, чтобы их прижать. Можно глобально не верить законодателям, полагаю их всех купленными властью, и как следсвтие, что они пишут только заказные законы. Можно также глобально не верить и судам, полагая, что все они под четким контролем власти и принимают только одобренные сверху решения, выходя от этого и поэтому на улицы с лозунгами типа "долой липовые дела", "дело сфабриковано" и так далее. Но в этом случае, я вам скажу, вы полный идиот, так как подставляете мало того себя, но и своих родных, причем всех и не обязательно близких! При глобальном неверии в судебную власть, надо срочно и очень тихо валить из страны, да так, чтобы только пятки сверкали, потому как нет у вас шансов, а есть только та самая человеческая глупость, что сравнится с другой бесконечностью. Ведь законодатели обязательно напишут такой закон, что Вас прижмет и не даст жизни, суд обязательно Вас сделает виновным во всем, чего вы не совершали, а уж власть, поверьте мне, добьет Вас и Ваших родных так сильно и быстро, что и пукнуть не успеете от страха! (и хватит уже наивно полагать, что понятия геноцида или более мелкие куда-то там делись из этого мира). И если Вы думаете, что при полной сговоренности всех ветвей власти (а при глобальном неверии именно так и получается) можно что-то сделать, выходя на улицы - Вы вдойне идиот! Потому как ситуации типа египетской возможно лишь когда в самой власти есть раскол, когда ветви хотя бы относительно независимы..)
Так вот сдается мне, что те, кто недавно выбежали с подобными лозунгами, либо идиоты, либо все же верят в судебную власть, полагая, что это просто такой конкретный плохой судья оказался, а в целом правосудие на стороне их кумира. Но тут встает логичный вопрос: "если вы уверены, что конкретный судья не прав, а вы правы, то приводите доказательства, очевидные и достоверные, чтобы честный судья их увидел и встал на вашу сторону! А если же вы не можете привести этих доказательств публично, то вы получаетесь ПУСТОБРЕХАМИ-ПОПУЛИСТАМИ, вносящими сомнения в массы и заслуживающими применения всех строгостей закона к вам!" к сожалению, я пока не увидел этих очевидных опровержений, из чего делаю не утешительный вывод о людях с этими плакатами.....
наверно, кто-то внутренне спроит, с чего это я так разошелся? а с того, что имею личный семейный опыт правосудия, когда некто с большими деньгами хотел кое что забрать у моей семьи и даже выиграл районый суд (видимо, теми самыми известными всем способами), НО на нашей стороне были доказательства, хотя и не было денег и областной суд увидел истину и услшал доказательства, защитив безденежных от тослтосумов...Я не утверждаю, что все судья честны и чисты, но и каждый из нас хотя бы раз в жизни, да оступался....
возвращаясь к теме, скажу, что у меня пока нет оснований не верить в озвученный приговор, но есть предостережение: "ПРЕЖДЕ, ЧЕМ ОБВИНЯТЬ КОГО-ТО В ВОРОВСТВЕ, ХОРОШО ПОДУМАЙТЕ, А НЕ БРАЛИ ЛИ ВЫ ЧТО-ЛИБО БЕЗ СПРОСА, ДАЖЕ ЕСЛИ ОНО БЫЛО НА ВАШ ВЗГЛЯД НИЧЕЙНОЕ (хотя, что может быть в нашем мире разных собственностей ничейным - разве что воздух, да и то тут у меня большой вопрос)???"

So it seems to me that those who recently ran out with such slogans are either idiots or still believe in the judiciary, believing that it was just such a specific bad judge, but in general, justice is on the side of their idol. But here a logical question arises: “if you are sure that a particular judge is not right, and you are right, then bring evidence that is obvious and reliable so that an honest judge sees and stands on your side! And if you cannot bring this evidence publicly , then you’ll end up with POPULISTER NECKLESSES that cast doubt on the masses and deserve the application of all the strictness of the law to you! " Unfortunately, I have not yet seen these obvious rebuttals, from which I am not making a comforting conclusion about the people with these posters .....
probably someone will internally ask why I got so divided? and the fact that I have a personal family experience of justice, when someone with big money wanted to take something from my family and even won a district court (apparently by the very methods known to everyone), BUT we had evidence, although there was no money and the regional court saw the truth and heard the evidence, protecting the money-less from the sums of money ... I do not claim that all the judges are honest and clean, but each of us at least once in his life, but stumbled ....
