Как вы знаете, есть бизнесмены, мечтающие "освоить" земли нашего леса. И там, где он сгорел и теперь высаживается заново, и там, где сосны в два обхвата. Очень хочется срубить, выжечь и застроить.
Участок леса в Комсомольском районе жители спасли от пожаров 2010 года своими руками: выйдя ночью навстречу подступающему пожару с лопатами, ведрами, закидывали песком, растаскивали тлеющие бревна. Отстоять лес между улицами Чайкиной и Громовой удалось. Но есть вещи пострашнее пожара. Это бизнесмены и лоббирующие их интересы депутаты.
По поводу участка дороги Чайкиной-Громовой проводились публичные слушания, где жители города однозначно выразили свое мнение: из 256 человек только 19 проголосовало за строительство дороги в этом месте.
Тем не менее попытки вырубить лес любой ценой продолжаются. Обращение горожан в департамент градостроительной деятельности о недопустимости строительства дороги с более чем 1000 подписей (отправлено аж 18 декабря!), осталось без ответа. Власти проводили слушания и опросы по одному и тому же вопросу до тех пор, пока с разницей всего в 8% не победил требуемый им результат. При этом в опросе участвовало 16 тыс. человек, население же одного Комсомольского района составляет 117 тыс. чел.
Вдвойне подозрительно, что участок под "дорогу" уже выведен из зоны лесного хозяйства - не исключено, что с нарушениями закона (http://pkk5.rosreestr.ru/#x=5506015.924614519&y=7073395.762348397&z=17&text=53%2C486239%2049%2C461409&type=1&app=search&opened=1). И явно не совпадение, что соседствующий с ним участок леса по бумагам уже тоже не лес, а земля "Для размещения гостиниц" (http://pkk5.rosreestr.ru/#x=5506083.554202523&y=7073324.478061708&z=19&text=53%2C485518%2049%2C461816&type=1&app=search&opened=1). Зачем на окраине Комсомольского района гостиница? Не для того ли и дорога, чтобы сделать удобные подъездные пути к тому, что там потом построят?
Мы просим вас не оставаться в стороне и не дать наглым бизнесменам и их ручным депутатам разворовать и уничтожить наш лес.
