Предприниматель, либертарианец Михаил Сазонов – кандидат от Калуги в Законодательное собрание Калужской области параллельно выдвинулся самовыдвиженцем в Городскую Думу г. Калуги. Расчет штаба Либертарианской партии России был простой, если не зарегистрируют выдвиженца от Демократической Коалиции, попробовать прорваться в Городскую Думу. Благо подписей собирать там надо было 60 в отличие от 1280 по одномандатному округу в Законодательное собрание.
Первая попытка получить регистрацию кандидата в депутаты Городской думы г. Калуги не удалась из-за придирок к одному подписному листу, который избирком забраковал. Тем не менее, настрой комиссии был достаточно нейтральный. Так как мы заранее закладывались на вторую попытку.
Вновь подали документы на выдвижение в кандидаты в Городскую Думу, собрали 60 подписей и подали их на проверку. Причем половину подписей кандидат лично собрал с родственников, друзей и знакомых. Параллельно шел сбор 1280 подписей за выдвижение по одномандатному избирательному округу № 11. Собирали как активисты партии, так и привлеченные сборщики. Наши юристы строго браковали все недостоверные подписи. Одного рисовальщика сдали в полицию. Собрали необходимое число подписей и подали в Избирком.
Однако тем временем ситуация коренным образом в Калужской области изменилась. Власти приняли решение кандидатов от независимых партий не пускать. Были задействованы «специалисты», которые в прошлом году устроили «треш» на муниципальных и губернаторских выборах в Санкт-Петербурге. (Подробнее смотрите статью Екатерины Винокуровой на Кашине). Первыми под раздачу попали списки в Законодательное Собрание Калужской области, списки в Городскую думу г. Калуги и кандидаты одномандатники от партии «Гражданская инициатива». Списки и кандидаты были не зарегистрированы по надуманным предлогам, все обоснованные возражение не были приняты к рассмотрению. Избирком отгородился от кандидатов и избирателей полицией.
С такой же историей столкнулся Либертарианский штаб Михаила Сазонова в избиркоме Ленинского района г. Калуги. Старший эксперт ЭКО УМВД России по г. Калуга капитан полиции Запорожцев Кирилл (вот он Вконтакте , фамилию он сменил) забраковал 16 подписей и дат, которые по его мнению были сделаны одним лицом, в том числе и в подписных листах, которые собирал кандидат собственноручно, в том числе у своего брата и сестры. Штаб оперативно нашел всех людей, чьи подписи графолог объявил нарисованными. И люди пошли в избирком доказывать, что это они собственноручно оставили подпись.

Испугавшись, что в конкурентной борьбе пройдет «несогласованный кандидат», избирком пойдя на поводу у властей в лице его председателя Новикова Вячеслава Вячеславовича (Единая Россия), Володина Сергея Олеговича, Ивлевой Анны Михайловны, Дорошенко Ирины Юрьевны, Зотовой Александры Андреевны, Зуевой Юлии Сергеевны, Калининой Нины Федоровны, Лохановой Татьяны Владимировны (ЛДПР), Макаренковой Татьяны Ивановны (Справедливая Россия), Птушкиной Ольги Леонидовны, Яшиной Ольги Викторовны отказали Михаилу Сазонову в регистрации в качестве кандидата в Городскую Думу г. Калуги. Это люди в сговоре с «графологом-киллером» совершили преступление, нанеся очередной удар по Конституции России. Встретимся в суде. Однако был один человек, который «не стрелял». Это Дубовик Владимир Тимофеевич, представитель партии «Патриоты России». Он написал особое мнение, заявив, что надо признать мнения людей, отдавших подписи в поддержку Сазонова. Вы являетесь нашим идеологическим противником, но Вы честный человек. А второй человек “воздержался”. Это была Демина Ирина Валерьевна. Спасибо Вам большое за гражданскую позицию!
Такая же история повторилась и с нашими подписями в ЗАКС. Товарищ капитан Кирилл Запорожцев забраковал 252 подписей из 1280. При этом порядка 150 подписей он забраковал по принципу – «жирнота», «помарочка» - это не оговоренное исправление. Мы будем действовать по той же схеме. Приводить людей, чьи подписи товарищ капитан Запорожцев считает нарисованными. А также будем требовать отвода данного эксперта за предвзятость и проведение независимой лабораторной инструментальной экспертизы в другой области. Будем идти в ЦИК РФ, в суды, а параллельно информировать жителей Калуги и страны в целом, как не пускают независимых кандидатов на выборы.
