Пока не уехала в Мск, хочу поделиться замечательным местом, в котором я была недавно. ☺ Все никак не могла выложить пост на тему этого заведения, поскольку хотелось написать много.???? Ехала я как то во время дождя по Ваське и мой взгляд упал на заведением с интересным названием: "M-mouse". Привлекло название. Честно говоря до сих пор не очень поняла почему маус, но зайдя во внутрь первое что бросилось в глаза это игровые автоматы???? гости с азартом играли и были полностью увлечены в процесс. Отметила для себя, что это отличная идея. Вообще внедрение любой геймификации положительно сказывается на бизнесе.
Интерьер контрастный: одновременно брутальный и уютный. Деревянные потолочные балки, кирпичная кладка, камин, черно-белые фотографии рок-звезд, винтажные игровые автоматы. Устроиться можно еще и на больших подоконниках, превращенных в удобные сидячие места. Не успела я войти как меня очень доброжелательно встретили☺. Настолько искренне, что я подумала: "ой, все понятно, наверно только открыли". Мой долгий опыт в ресторанной сфере показал, что как правило так встречают новички. Потом искренность и теплоту достаточно сложно соблюдать, все переходит в автомат и все становятся как роботы. Меня проводили до стола и по дороге я разговорилась с управляющим заведения.???? Да, я люблю поболтать и пообщаться????. И знаете, к моему удивлению заведению уже несколько лет и меня честно приятно удивил профессинальный подход, управляющий очень теплый, позитивный и открытый человек. И тут я лишний раз убедилась, насколько все зависит от руководителя. Его очень теплая энергетика, улыбка, открытость и позитив переносится на всех сотрудников ресторана. А по законам ресторана и на гостей соответсвенно.☺???? Я была первый раз, но было ощущение как дома. И знаете: хочется вернуться.
