Людям можно "вгрузить" любые цифры в удобном для "разгромной критики" виде. А вот, взять тот же Дагестан и сравнить с Москвой. Скажете - два региона копируют друг друга? Разумеется нет! Во многих регионах ЮФО и СКФО инфрструктура ЖКХ возводится с нуля, а как говорится - ломать не строить. В те московские цифры на самом деле вложены ведь и средства на ЧАСТЫЙ и ОБЪЁМНЫЕ ремонты. Вот откуда эти разницы. Конечно же зависимость между низкими ценами и лояльности к власти есть - по-другому и быть не может. Но кричать о том, что ЖКХ по всей стране одна и та же и делает одно и то же - это из серии парадокса чёрного ворона...
Лично я себе доволен даже исполнением ЖКХ в том доме, где проживаю. Поменяли проводку, комуникации, отремонтировали подъезд. Пусть, добровольно-принудительно, но всё же мне не жалко той переплаты.
