В кино по паспорту...
Вчера был свидетелем захватывающего зрелища. Кинотеатр #Болгария (как представитель сети #Киномонитор) на вечернем сеансе ОТКАЗАЛСЯ почти от половины пришедших зрителей.
Суть проблемы: "Миссия невыполнима: Племя изгоев" с пометкой "16+". На жёстком соблюдении возрастной отметки настаивали все представители кинотеатра. На кассе спрашивали, всем ли спутникам покупателя есть уже 16 лет, а в случае сомнения ТРЕБОВАЛИ документы. Подойти "взрослому", сказать ДА, и взять пачку билетов тоже не получалось — на входе в сам зал, мало того, что билетёр вдумчиво смотрел в седые бороды всех девочек, которым могло ещё не быть 16 лет, так ещё и вокруг толпы зрителей дежурило (по моим наблюдениям) двое сотрудников, которые периодически вселяли дополнительную неуверенность в билетёров, показывая пальцем на зазевавшегося "юнца".
Крики и ругань родителей, готовых написать заявление о том, что готовы взять НА СЕБЯ ответственность за несоблюдение возрастного ценза, ни к каким уступкам не приводили. А в одном случае, мама обещала в заявлении указать так же номер-серию паспорта дочки, с которой пришла, которой уже ЕСТЬ 16 лет, но который (паспорт) остался дома... Но и этой семье отказали в продаже билетов.
В общем, дуристика, господа :( И самое печальное, что этот пресловутый закон "О защите детей от информации..." (436-ФЗ от 29.12.2010) в явном виде разрешает ЛИШЬ одну поблажку к возрастному цензу:
(пункт 5 статьи 11) "В присутствии родителей или иных законных представителей детей, достигших возраста шести лет, допускается оборот информационной продукции, предусмотренной статьей 9 настоящего Федерального закона."
А статья 9 это "12+".
Вот и всё. "6+" допустимо с родителями на фильмы "12+", и никаких иных поблажек. В кино теперь только с паспортом :-/

Yesterday I witnessed an exciting sight. Cinema # Bulgaria (as a representative of the network # Cinema Monitor) in the evening session REFUSED almost half of the spectators who came.
The essence of the problem: "Mission Impossible: The Outcast Tribe" marked "16+". All representatives of the cinema insisted on strict observance of the age mark. At the checkout they asked if all the satellites of the buyer were already 16 years old, and in case of doubt DEMANDED documents. To approach the "adult", say YES, and to get a pack of tickets, too, it didn’t work out - at the entrance to the hall itself, not only did the ticket-maker carefully look into the gray beards of all the girls who might not yet be 16 years old, there were also people on duty around the crowd (according to my observations) two employees who periodically instilled additional uncertainty into the tickets, pointing a finger at the gaping “youth”.
The screams and abuse of parents who are ready to write a statement that they are ready to take on themselves the responsibility for not observing the age limit did not lead to any concessions. And in one case, the mother promised in the application to indicate the number-series of the passport of the daughter with whom she came, who is already 16 years old, but who (the passport) has remained at home ... But this family was also refused tickets.
In general, foolishness, gentlemen :( And the saddest thing is that this notorious law "On the protection of children from information ..." (436-FZ of 12/29/2010) explicitly allows ONE concession to the age limit:
(Clause 5 of Article 11) "In the presence of parents or other legal representatives of children who have reached the age of six, the circulation of information products as provided for in Article 9 of this Federal Law is permitted."
And article 9 is "12+."
That's all. "6+" is acceptable with parents to the films "12+", and no other concessions. In the cinema, now only with a passport: - /
