"В Нижнем Новгороде состоялся круглый стол, посвященный развитию системы негосударственных услуг в сфере реабилитации людей с психическим особенностями здоровья. Дискуссия прошла в рамках подготовки к V Фестивалю реабилитационных программ "Другие?", который пройдет 9 октября в Казани.
Возвращение людей с психическими расстройствами в общество - этот вопрос сегодня обсудили за круглым столом представители НКО, члены общественной палаты России и Нижегородской области совместно со специалистами-психиатрами. Психиатрия, здесь уверены, это та сфера, где реабилитация является неотрывной частью лечения.
Наталья Треушникова, Президент [club92531967|Союза охраны психического здоровья] (Москва): "С первого дня, когда человек попадает в поле зрения психиатра, самое главное, чтобы не были оборваны нити, связи с обществом, чтобы человек мог органично вернуться к своему привычному образу жизни"
И не остаться одному. Специалисты уверены: большую роль должны играть сотрудники соцзащиты.
Людмила Афанасьева, главный внештатный специалист-психиатр Министерства здравоохранения Нижегородской области, главный врач ГБУЗ НО "Нижегородская областная психоневрологическая больница №1 им. П.П. Кащенко": "Чтобы человек понял, что он должен поддерживать лечение, если в этом есть необходимость, чтобы он понял, что если у него ухудшения, что нужно обратиться к доктору. Благодаря этому, не будет повторных обострений, не будет госпитализаций".
Это, прежде всего, трудовая реабилитация, которую люди проходят в трудовых мастерских, спеццехах, даже на производствах. Особое внимание - психосоциальной реабилитации детей. Например, в консультативно-диагностическом центре по охране детского психического здоровья благополучно осуществляются программы работы с детьми и их мамами, даже целыми семьями, в виде реабилитационных тренингов.
Анна Кондюрина, главный внештатный детский специалист-психиатр Министерства здравоохранения Нижегородской области, главный врач ГБУЗ НО "Консультативно-диагностический центр по охране психического здоровья детей и подростков": "Опора на семью с активным участием родителей в лечебном и реабилитационном процессе, более широкий состав специалистов, которые привлекаются для данного вида работы"
Итогом дискуссий станет проведение фестиваля реабилитационных программ "Другие", который проходит ежегодно уже в 5 раз. На этой площадке будут представлены лучшие программы ПФО по реабилитации.
В рамках фестиваля также проводятся мастер-классы и выставки работ таких людей. За годы фестиваля искусство обогатилось уже на несколько сотен картин".
