“Your breakfast is on me today. Thank you for all that you do; for serving others and for running into the places everyone else runs away from… Thank you for being bold and badass!”
“All I did was pay for their breakfast,” Woodward said to WPVI. “The message is to be kind to each other, to pay it forward when you can. Even the smallest gestures can change somebody’s life.”

Good story. http://abcnews.go.com/US/firefighters-meet-paralyzed-father-waitress-performed-selfless-act/story?id=32708901
It was in New Jersey in July 2015, at six in the morning. Two firefighters, after fighting a fire for 12 hours at a warehouse in North Brunswick, stopped at a local eatery for coffee on their way home. The waitress, pouring coffee, heard their conversation about the fire. When they wanted to pay, she brought them this bill:
“Your breakfast is on me today. Thank you for all that you do; for serving others and for running into the places everyone else runs away from ... Thank you for being bold and badass! ”
(I pay for your breakfast. Thank you for your work. You are brave guys going to where everyone is running from).
One of the firefighters posted the story on the FB and invited friends to go into this restaurant and give a good tip. And then it turned out that the girl herself had a big problem: a paralyzed father who needs a special car. The story hit the local newspaper, and people raised more than $ 86,000 dollars for this family. And firefighters came to them and brought their father a ticket to play his favorite team.
