Я был членом УИК с правом совещательного голоса от Прохорова. Я не его сторонник, скорее сторонник честных выборов. Получил свое направление через ассоциацию наблюдателей Петербурга.
7:30. С утра я понял, что вокруг мало людей, на которых можно будет рассчитывать в критической ситуации. Симпатию вызвал Клементий, пришедший через РосВыборы наблюдателем от Прохорова. Еще была Анастасия, наблюдатель от КПРФ. Обменялись контактами также с ней, но позже она проявила себя полным овощем. Весь день просидела, уткнувшись в телефон, а в нужный момент отказалась подписывать жалобу, сказав, что просто хочет побыстрее пойти домой. Остальные - подставные.
~16:00 Обнаруживается, что зам председателя Матыцына Ольга Евгеньевна не отрывает часть открепительного удостоверения, как это положено, а забирает его полностью. Таким образом, человек, пришедший к ней с открепительным, был бы лишен возможности проголосовать во 2-ом туре Президентских выборов. Это не фальсификация, конечно, но демонстрирует ожидания. Она исправляется после замечания, ссылается на то, что делает это по указанию председателя Финкельштейн Валентины Николаевны.
20:00. САМЫЙ АД. Участок закрывается. Вместо подсчета неиспользованных бюллетеней, внесения в документы числа, их погашения, начинается подсчет списка избирателей. Это грубое нарушение закона, помогающее при необходимости подогнать цифры "до нужных". Я подхожу к председателю и заявляю о нарушении закона "Об основных гарантиях избирательных прав..." В ответ она хватается за свой организм, кричит, сколько лет работает на выборах, а впервые видит таких ужасных наблюдателей, как мы ее довели, о том, что нас сейчас удалят, и прячется за закрытую дверь. Мы с Клементием бросаемся писать жалобы на происходящие нарушения и звонить по горячим линиям. К сожалению, мобильная группа уже не может нам помочь, потому что здание на вход блокировано.
Следующая картина: мы стоим в окружении лояльных комиссии наблюдателей и полиции, слушаем речи о том, что мешаем проведению выборов. Проводится стихийное заседание комиссии, единогласно по бумагам (на самом деле часть членов УИК с правом решающего голоса воздержалось) принимается заявление о нашем ужасном поведении. Чуть позже появляется протокол заседания, но уже со строчкой про принятое единогласное решение об удалении двух человек одновременно, хотя как минимум один член УИК с ПРГ высказывается против. Очень сожалею, что не запомнил его ФИО - мужчина около 50 лет, с которым мы днем ходили на голосование на дому. Нас удаляет с участка полиция. Что творилось на нем дальше без независимых наблюдателей, можно только догадываться.
Самое угарное: мотивировка удаления. Она не содержит ни одного нарушения закона с нашей стороны, а главной причиной называется то, что мы сами выступили против нарушения закона комиссией в части подсчета голосов!

Все с помощью юристов строчат жалобы в ТИК (Территориальную Избирательную Комиссию) на незаконное удаление. Настроение двоякое: полное охреневание от происходящего произвола, перемежающееся с чувством единения и морального превосходства над творящими этот произвол уродами. Толпой идем на здание ТИК. Спустя около часа ожидания к нам спускается представитель ТИК №27 и собирает жалобы. В это время по тихому к заднему входу в здание съезжаются председатели УИКов, разгружаются протоколы и бюллетени. Даже на грязнейших думских выборах этот делалось через нормальный официальный вход с Московского проспекта! Все члены ТИК №19, находящегося в этом же здании, до момента моего ухода не соизволили уделить внимание ожидающим их. Прощания уходящих звучат в стиле "Увидимся на баррикадах".
