Где что натворили, и что за это положено в идеальном мире, где все испражняются бабочками, а нехорошие люди наказываются по закону.

Статья 142 УК РФ «Фальсификация избирательных документов»: штраф до 300 тыс. руб., либо принудительные работы до 4 лет, либо лишение свободы до 4 лет.

Вброс бюллетеней. «Лежала на них на столе час под издевки избирательной комиссии, наблюдателей от Путена и полицейских, которые фоткали меня на свои мобильники». В итоге наблюдатели, отстаивающие погашение вброшенных бюллетений удалены, комиссия благополучно все засчитала. Результат кандидата №5 49%
Статья 141 УК РФ «Воспрепятствование осуществлению избирательных прав или работе избирательной комиссии». По самому «легкому» пункту статьи штраф до 40 тыс. руб., либо исправительные работы до года. Понятно, тут еще и другая уголовщина, но это уже было за закрытыми дверями.
