Зона столовой и кухни из проекта сделанного в 2018 году в с составе студии ADEPT, на данный момент находится в финальной стадии реализации. Плющ обвивает бетонные трубы вентиляции паркинга, которые всегда зашивают и тем самым стесняют пространство.
