Почему я за Прохорова?
Изначально, оговорю тот момент, что да, возможно, что это просто слова, которые он умело донес до наших ушей. Никаких гарантий нам ни один кандидат дать не может.
Первое, что стоит отметить, что он намерен резко ограничить возможности президента. В частности, сделать невозможным назначение президентом глав различных судебных истанций.
Т.е. суд должен стать автономным ограном, не зависящем от президента. Тоже самое он намерен сделать с Гос.думой и Советом Федерации. Таким образом, будет исключена возможность президента поставить везде "своих людей".
Также он намерен вернуть прежний срок действия президентских полномочий равный 4 годам. И внести коррективу, позволяющую избираться только дважды на этот пост за всю жизнь, а не подряд как сейчас. И, конечно же, буду проведены перевыборы в гос. думу.
Особенно мне понравились его намерения экономического развития. Создание реальных условий развития малого бизнеса. В некоторых случаях, таких как отрытие нового месторождения чего-либо, полное освобождение от уплаты налогов на время формирования предприятия.
Уплату налогов Прохоров предлагает сделать самостоятельную, как во многих других странах. Т.е. ты получил зарплату, потом идешь и заполняешь налоговую декларацию и тогда точно знаешь сколько своих кровных ты отдал государству. Тогда, общество будет серьезнее следить за выполнением обязательств властных структур. Сейчас, учитывая все страховые и прочие взносы, суммарный налог у нас получается 53%, а население думает, что всего 13%. Поэтому не так активно реагирует на растраты.
Масса реформ в образовании, здравохранении и культуре. Уже на текущий момент он очень многое сделал в этой сфере, к примеру, было выдано более 25000 грантов для талантливых детей в спорте и культуре.
Намерен ввести запрет на возможность создания бизнеса для членов семей детутатов. "Хочешь свой бизнес? Пусть папа уйдет из политики." А то у нас 18-летние девушки владеют нефтяными трубопроводами.
Особое внимание будет уделено конкурентноспособности национальных продуктов. Ё-мобиль после испытаний за рубежем уже произвел фурор.
Вопреки слухам, урезать пенсии он не намерен.
Ходит слух, что Прохоров - проект кремля. Прохоров эту информацию опроверг.
Таким образом, к какому выводу я пришел?.. Путин - ну тут все понятно... Зюганов - все мысли только о том куда перенести мавзолей и построить социолизм. Мне не катит! Жириновский - никогда не забуду как лет 12 или 8 назад он на выборах наорал на бабушку, которая пришла проголосовать мол "Куда ты старая прешь?! Не видишь, я пришел голосовать! Вот стой и жди пока я не разрешу!". Мне такой президент не нужен. Будут сплошные репрессии. Миронов - вот он, как мне кажется, с Путиным за одно во многих вопросах. Не катит!
Хвост списка кандидатов отбрасываю, ибо никаких Лимоновых и Грейпфрутовых я не знаю.
Получаю, Прохоров или Путин.
Если Прохоров не путиский проект, то я проголосую правильно! А если путинский, в чем я сильно сомневаюсь, то тогда все равно побеждает Путин.
С учетом всех этих рисков, принял решение голосовать за Прохорова!
