Итак, Госдума сделала нам "подарок": приняла в третьем чтении законопроект о внесении изменений в КоАП. Особых сомнений в том, что его поддержит Совет Федерации и подпишет Президент нет, поэтому готовиться нужно уже сейчас. В соцсетях ходит куча непроверенной инфы, поэтому постарался здесь собрать важное из текста законопроекта
1. По статьям за пьянку и отказ от медосвидетельствования срок, в течение которого могут вынести постановление - год вместо 3х месяцев.
2. За езду на незарегистрированной тачке на первый раз 500р, если поймают повторно в течение года - 5000р или лишение до 3х месяцев.
3. Передача управления лицу, не имеющему при себе документов - 3000р.
4. Без ремня - 1000р.
5. За управление не получившими прав - от 5000 до 15'000.
6. За управление лишенными прав - штраф 30'000 или арест до 15 суток или обязательные работы до 200 часов
7. Передача управления лицу не имеющему в/у или лишенному - 30'000р.
8. Управление в состоянии опьянения или отказ от МОСО или если буханул после ДТП - 30'000р и лишение на 1.5-2 года.
9. Передача управления пьяному - 30'000р и лишение на 1.5-2 года.
10. Управление пьяным (или отказ) водителем, лишенным или не имеющим в/у - арест до 15 суток, а для тех, кого арестовать нельзя - 30'000р.
11. Если поймали за пьянку или передачу управления в течение года после окончания предыдущего срока лишения за то же самое - лишение на 3 года и 50'000р.
12. Для алкоголя погрешность 0.160 мг/литр выдыхаемого воздуха. Про наркоту написано что-то невнятное в духе "нашли хоть сколько-то чего-то - виновен"
13. Превышение до 20 км/ч не наказывается
14. От 20 до 40 км/ч - 500р
15. От 40 до 60 км/ч - 1000-1500р
16. От 60 до 80 км/ч - 2000-2500р или лишение до полугода
17. Более 80 км/ч - 5000р или лишение на полгода ровно.
18. Повторное в течение года превышение от 40 до 60 км/ч - 2000-2500р
19. Повторное в течение года превышение более чем на 60 км/ч - лишение на год (если на камеру - 5000 штраф)
20. Повторный в течение года проезд на красный - 5000р или лишение на срок до полугода.
21. Нарушение правил расположения на проезжей части (12.15 ч. 1, которую часто всем лепят) - 1500р вместо 500р.
22. Не уступил пешеходу - 1500р
23. За нарушение правил перевозки детей - 3000р.
24. За легкий вред здоровью - 2500-5000р, за средний - 10'000-25'000р.
25. За пользование телефоном без гарнитуры - 1500р.
26. Отменяют времянки, в/у не изымают при возбуждении дела
27. Если в ДТП причинен вред здоровью, то это основание для освидетельствования
28. После всех лишений перед возвратом проверяют знания теории, а если лишение было за пьянку или отказ - еще и медсправка нужна
29. Во всех статьях минимальный штраф поднят до 500 рублей.
