Отношения вас самих и вашего тела – невидимы, неизбежны, неминуемы.
В браке плоти и духа развод невозможен, но это не значит, что брак обязательно счастливый и успешный.
Только когда вы действительно обживетесь в своем теле вы сможете начать путешествие к исцелению.
Поэтому многие из нас действительно не дома в своих телах и по настоящему не присутствуют.
Мы живем снаружи самих себя – в головах, воспоминаниях, желаниях - с отсутствием владельца частной собственности.
Ваше тело – самая основная метафора вашей жизни, выражение вашего опыта. Это ваша Библия, ваша энциклопедия, ваша жизненная история.
Все что происходит с вами хранится и отражается в вашем теле.
Ваше тело знает; ваше тело говорит.
Тело – это то, где мы начинаемся и где заканчиваемся, для всех практических целей.
Как только ты освободишь тело, принимая силу существа, разного рода чувства начнут течь – старые чувства, новые чувства, темные и светлые.
Быть живым это опасно. Это означает чувствовать, чувствовать то, что возможно ты не хочешь чувствовать или никогда бы не догадался что это есть.
Быть живым означает иметь сердце и выражать его. Освобождая тело мы освобождаем сердце, чтобы оно могло пережить силу любви...

HAPPINESS IN MARRIAGE OF THE FLESH AND SPIRIT
The relationship between yourself and your body is invisible, inevitable, inevitable.
In a marriage of flesh and spirit, divorce is impossible, but this does not mean that the marriage is necessarily happy and successful.
Only when you really get settled in your body can you begin the journey to healing.

Your body is the most basic metaphor of your life, an expression of your experience. This is your Bible, your encyclopedia, your life story.
Everything that happens to you is stored and reflected in your body.
Your body knows; your body says.

As soon as you free the body, accepting the power of the being, all sorts of feelings will begin to flow - old feelings, new feelings, dark and bright.
Being alive is dangerous. It means to feel, to feel that perhaps you do not want to feel, or you would never have guessed what it is.
Being alive means having a heart and expressing it. By freeing the body, we free the heart so that it can survive the power of love ...
