ОМСК – СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ СТОЛИЦА РОССИИ

Когда в 2012 году я приехал в качестве члена жюри на фестиваль социальной рекламы «ПОРА», то еще не подразумевал, где оказался, на самом деле.
Выяснилось, что я приехал в длиннющий город, вытянутый вдоль Иртыша; город, который по количеству солнечных дней уступает только Сочи и Краснодару; город, в котором делают остановку редкие фламинго; город, рядом с которым расположен пуп земли, а еще он Омммммммск и по этим двум причинам туда толпами едут паломники из Тибета.
При этом, в черте города расположено 6 колоний, крупнейшее в России нефтеперерабатывающее предприятие и метро в городе строят уже 23 года. Новогодняя елка в городе появляется уже в октябре, а в феврале ее меняют на неоновый 7миметровый крест и всё это рядом с главным ТЦ города «Континент».
Не город, а парадокс.
На фоне этих обстоятельств тот факт, что фестиваль социальной рекламы «ПОРА» является старейшим по своей тематике в России уже не сильно меня удивил. Но стало интереснее!
Жюрение и тусовки в компании Влада Деревянных, Леонида Фейгина, Эдуарда Березина, Анатолия Ясинского и еще 10 других замечательных личностей были незабываемы, но еще больше поразила ЛЮБОВЬ к городу и своему фестивалю организаторов «Поры». Через них мы познакомились с огромным количеством таких же неравнодушных жителей Омска. Один из которых – владелец БОБ Бара, получил от жюри спецприз за то, что в своем рок-клубе самостоятельно установил пандус для инвалидов-колясочников.
Уже на закрытии фестиваля, заручившись поддержкой коллег по жюри, я выступил с предложением расширить влияние «Поры» и заняться активно городом под общим тезисом «Омск – социальная столица России».
Нужно сказать, что весь год до следующего феста я и Толя активно ездили в Омск с интенсивами для молодежи в рамках развития заявленного тезиса.
Местные СМИ тепло приняли нашу инициативу:

И в один из заездов была организована большая пресс-конференция, где мы представили стратегию развития Омска как социальной столицы

В довершение ко всему фестиваль «Пора» получил статус официального отборщика социальных проектов из России для World Summit Awards (http://www.wsis-award.org/).
Уже этой осенью мы наблюдали совсем другой фестиваль «Пора»: с обновленным дизайном, со статусом международного, с яркой agend(ой) и большим количеством зрителей в залах.

Глава региона считает, что Омск нужно развивать как социальную столицу».

У меня только один тезис главе и его представителям: «Господа, пригласите авторов концепции на встречу. Мы готовы с вами делиться своими мыслями, идеями и наработанным материалом. И мы точно не дадим ей свалиться в популизм, потому что у нас есть четкий план и горячее желание сделать Омск социальной столицей!»

OMSK - THE SOCIAL CAPITAL OF RUSSIA

When in 2012 I arrived as a jury member at the PORA social advertising festival, I still didn’t mean where I really ended up.
It turned out that I came to a long city, stretched along the Irtysh; a city that is second only to Sochi and Krasnodar in the number of sunny days; a city where rare flamingos make a stop; the city near which the navel of land is located, and also it is Ommmmmmmsk and for these two reasons, pilgrims from Tibet go there in droves.
At the same time, 6 colonies are located in the city, the largest oil refinery in Russia and the metro in the city have been built for 23 years. A Christmas tree in the city appears already in October, and in February it is changed to a neon 7-meter cross and all this is next to the main shopping center of the city "Continent".
Not a city, but a paradox.
Against the background of these circumstances, the fact that the PORA festival of social advertising is the oldest in its subject in Russia did not surprise me much. But it became more interesting!
The buzz and parties in the company of Vlad Derevyanny, Leonid Feigin, Eduard Berezin, Anatoly Yasinsky and 10 other great personalities were unforgettable, but even more struck by LOVE for the city and its festival of organizers "Pores". Through them, we met with a huge number of the same caring residents of Omsk. One of them, the owner of BOB Bara, received a special prize from the jury for having independently installed a ramp for wheelchair users in his rock club.
Already at the close of the festival, with the support of my colleagues in the jury, I came up with a proposal to expand the influence of Pora and actively engage in the city under the general thesis “Omsk is the social capital of Russia”.
I must say that the whole year before the next festival, I and Tolya actively traveled to Omsk with intensives for young people as part of the development of the stated thesis.

Already this fall, we watched a completely different festival “Pora”: with a renewed design, with international status, with vibrant agend (s) and a large number of spectators in the halls.
