2. В 19:40 закончились бюллетени. За ними поехали в администрацию, привезли в 20:35. При этом в зале стояли и ждали больше 50 человек, в том числе с детьми.
3. Листы для внесения дополнительных избирателей были отдельно, не сброшюрованы, не пронумерованы, и т.д.
4. У нас тут еще выборы в ЗакС, для них бюллетени, которые привезли дополнительно, отличались от тех, которые были днем. Они были другого цвета, без голограммы, без указания тиража в нижней части. И на половине этих странных бюллетеней еще и печать зачем-то очень аккуратно ставили на полсантиметра выше, чтобы она была обрезана. Меня заинтересовало.
А в избирательной комиссии не было вообще никакого документа о том, как должен выглядеть бюллетень для выборов в ЗакС. Не то, что не висело, а именно не было. Не приходило.
А поздно так - потому что пока я последние две жалобы не написала и не отфоткала книгу, куда меня вписали - я не получала бюллетень, чтобы меня не выгнали с участка под предлогом позднего времени.
