Вот в нормальном мироустройстве как? Вуз своей репутацией отвечает за каждого своего выпускника и сотрудника. Поэтому кстати обращение к президенту «лишите васю ученой степени» нонсенс: вуз сам впереди визга побежит васю лишать, если фигня типа коррупции вскроется. Не то у нас. Сперва позволяют вузам выпускать черт-те кого, потом решают: а давайте усилим мотивацию абитуриентов, чтобы лучше в вузах потом учились. Пусть, суки неблагодарные, в один вуз поступают, а то портят статистику по образованию.
Кстати до этого отчитались, что фейковые вузы позакрывать удалось. Клево, конечно, только этим в штатном режиме должны силовики заниматься. Оказание услуг ненадлежащего качества, мошенничество, коррупция... Но я отвлекся.
Фишка в том, что именно вуз должен бойко отчислять паршивых овец. Тогда и с репутацией российского образования всё ок будет. А пока валят с больной головы на здоровую.
