Немного про выборы.
Пытаться кого-то переубедить в том, что на выборы идти не надо я не буду. Это личное дело каждого. Да, выборы эти совсем не выборы в нормальном понимании. Да, уже такая ситуация, что какие-то изменения в стране произойдут, видимо, не через выборы. Да, будут манипуляции и накрутки голосов, и наши голоса не так важны, какими мы бы хотели их считать. Но я все все равно схожу, пока мой голос имеет хоть какое-то значение. Вполне возможно, что в ближайшие годы этот голос не будет иметь уже совсем никакой важности. Но сейчас я хочу хоть так выразить свое отношение ко всему тому безумию, которое творится в нашей стране.

Голосовать имеет смысл только за Яблоко или Парнас. Есть еще “Партия Роста”, но это унылые спойлеры, хоть там и можно найти пару неплохих людей. Спойлерам - НЕТ! Они созданы только для того, чтоб оттягивать голоса.

На выборах 18го числа часть депутатов будет избираться по общему партийному списку (так называемый федеральный список), а часть по одномандатным округам. То есть в первом случае мы голосуем за список, во втором - за конкретного кандидата. Это два разных бюллетеня. Назову их бюллетень №1 и бюллетень №2.
Одновременно будут идти выбора в Думу и в наш Закс. Сначала по Думе. На мой взгляд, у Яблока здесь хороший федеральный список. Да, там и есть старперы типа Явлинского и Митрохина, но есть и хорошие люди, такие как Гудков, Шлосберг, Ширшина, с натяжкой Рыжков. Поэтому в бюллетене №1 я, скорее всего, буду голосовать за Яблоко. Немаловажным также является тот факт, что проценты НЕ прошедших партий будут поровну распределяться среди прошедших. То есть Едро получит много за счет тех, кто не набрал 5%. В текущих реалиях я не вижу, чтобы Парнас реально набирал 5%, и список у них с Касьяновым и Зубовым послабее. Одна из их идей - импичмент Путину - это хорошо и правильно, но сейчас нереалистично, да и у меня есть подозрение, что их просто срежут в последний момент, даже если они наберут 5%.
По бюллетеню №2 - тут надо смотреть по кандидатам. Выбор - Парнас или Яблоко, кто больше нравится.

Для выборов в Думу округа имеют нумерацию 2хх. Там нужно выбрать свой округ и появится список кандидатов.
Дальше выборы в Законодательное собрание города. Это еще два бюллетеня - партийный список (бюллетень №3) и одномандатники (бюллетень №4). Принцип примерно тот же, что с выборами в Думу - разделено голосование за список партии и конкретных кандидатов. В бюллетене №3 я собираюсь голосовать за список Парнаса. В принципе, у яблочников тоже норм, там есть тот же Вишневский, с которым я лично общался, но они уже сидели в Заксе долго. У Парнаса есть хорошие молодые кандидаты - Пивоваров и Грязневич, я бы хотел, чтоб в Закс прошли новые лица.
По одномандатным выборам в Закс - кандидатов от Парнаса много где не зарегистрировали, поэтому можно просто голосовать за яблочников. Если в бюллетене есть кандидат от Парнаса - можно за него. Посмотреть округа и кандидатов можно на той же карте, только надо выбрать в меню “ЗС СПб 2016 - границы округов…”.

At the same time there will be a choice in the Duma and in our Zaks. First by the Duma. In my opinion, Apple has a good federal list here. Yes, there are old-timers like Yavlinsky and Mitrokhin, but there are also good people, such as Gudkov, Shlosberg, Shirshin, with a stretch of Ryzhkov. Therefore, in bulletin No. 1, I will most likely vote for Apple. Also important is the fact that the percentages of NOT past batches will be equally distributed among past ones. That is, EdRo will receive a lot at the expense of those who did not score 5%. In the current realities, I do not see Parnassus really gaining 5%, and the list with Kasyanov and Zubov is weaker. One of their ideas — impeachment of Putin — is good and right, but now it’s unrealistic, and I also suspect that they will simply be cut off at the last moment, even if they gain 5%.
