Бизнес-провал № 3. Гироскутеры. Часть 2. ⠀????⠀
⚡️Итак, мы были в панике. На фоне нашей паники в июле такие же гирики как у нас стали продаваться за 18 тыс. в Media Markt и Auchan в Радуге и в M.Видео в Невском Центре. Заметив это, мы тут же снизили цены до 23-25 тыс., объясняя оставшуюся разницу в цене тем, что мы продаём гирики с аккумулятором Samsung. ⠀⬇️⠀
Но очень скоро, когда пошли поломки, мы поняли, что продаём не Samsung. Внутри гириков стояли самые дешёвые китайские аккумуляторы. Помню, что я был ОЧЕНЬ ЗЛОЙ, узнав это. В тот день мы перестали закупать товар в Москве и начали покупать то же самое, но за 10-11 тыс. на знаменитой питерской Апрашке.

Снижение закупочных и розничных цен помогло лишь немного. Низкая аренда в Радуге позволяла в начале осени работать в ноль, но островок в НЦ с наступлением осени работал все хуже. Параллельно у нас было 4 убыточных магазина пива, это был АД!

Мы приехали на встречу в ген. диру НЦ и попросили о досрочном расторжении договора. Компромисс был найден, мы закрыли островок в НЦ и стало легче. В Радуге мы закрылись 31 декабря того же года. Помню, что 31.12 в 22 30 мы с blaivasr все грязные и мокрые ещё разбирали островок????

Радуга в целом отработала в ноль, НЦ забрал у нас около 0.5 млн. Главной причиной провала считаю высокую розничную цену (низкую не было возможности делать, так как мы покупали товар дорого) при высоких расходах на аренду, огромную конкуренцию в онлайне, а позже и в оффлайне у нас под носом. Даже богатые люди считают деньги и сравнивают цены, когда речь идёт о товаре в 2 раза дороже.

P.S. Я помню наш лучший день в том бизнесе: в один день в НЦ мы продали 4 гирика, 1 из которых купил тогда тренер Зенита Сергей Семак и 2 игрок СКА Вячеслав Войнов. Семака с детьми и нашим гириком я встретил через 2 недели в парке????

That day we stopped buying goods in Moscow and started buying the same, but for 10-11 thousand at the famous St. Petersburg Aprashka.

Lower purchasing and retail prices only helped a little. Low rental in the Rainbow allowed in the beginning of autumn to work at zero, but the island in the SC with the onset of autumn worked worse. In parallel, we had 4 unprofitable beer shops, it was HELL!

We arrived at a meeting in the gene. the director of the SC and asked for the early termination of the contract. A compromise was found, we closed the island in the SC and it became easier. In Rainbow, we closed on December 31 of that year. I remember that on December 31 at 22.30, blaivasr and I were all still dirty and wet, sorting the island ????

The rainbow as a whole worked to zero, the NTs took about 0.5 million from us. I consider the main reason for the failure to be a high retail price (it was not possible to do low because we bought goods expensively) at high rental costs, huge competition online, and later offline under our noses. Even rich people count money and compare prices when it comes to a product 2 times more expensive.
