Интересный выбор книг у автора поста (я бы, пожалуй, подписался, причём не по идеологическим причинам, а по чисто эстетическим. Как может быть ("открытка много кому") столь культовой книга, столь топорно написанная (вы поняли, о чём я)?)
Также вынесу из комментариев к этому посту своё замечание об "Открытом обществе и его врагах" Поппера:
"Вообще эта книга меня удивляет вот чем: судя по работе "Logik der Forschung", например, Поппер - человек достаточно глубокого и острого (и, кстати, вполне "платонического*" с точки зрения логики мышления) ума, а вот "Открытое общество и его враги" - работа в первую очередь дико банальная и пошлая (а идеологически неприятная - уже во вторую очередь), написанная, видимо, из чисто карьерно-контрактных соображений.
Грустно. что человек в состоянии так деградировать, и от этого впечатление тяжёлое".

Не упомянут, однако, был ещё вот какой аспект: отвратительное впечатление от "Открытого общества..." возникает ещё от явственной интонации доноса в компетентные инстанции на идеологических противников (как всегда у позиционирующих себя в качестве "борцов с тоталитаризмом" - в борьбе с оным они перенимают наиболее гнусные тоталитарные практики).
И хотя что Платону и Гегелю от доносов Поппера ("мужик на барина сердился-сердился, а барин и не знал них**""), но "чисто эстетически", опять же, чисто эстетически насколько это "---" (с).

An interesting choice of books by the author of the post (I would probably subscribe, and not for ideological reasons, but for purely aesthetic ones. How can there be (a "postcard to many") such a cult book, so clumsy written (you understand what I mean) ?)
I will also make my comment on Popper's Open Society and Its Enemies from comments on this post:
