Родриго Дуэрте, законно избранный президент Филиппин, выдаёт лицензию на отстрел драгдилеров, в результате чего полиция и дружинники (!) с 10 мая (!) убивают более 700 человек. В том числе наркоманов, не распространяющих вещества. В основном в бедных кварталах. 89% задержаний за наркотики на Филиппинах — за метамфетамины, 9% — за каннабис.
