Петроэлектросбыт это совершенно лютая организация. Это что-то из начала двухтысячных.
После того, как застройщик Холдинг Setl Group: Новостройки Setl City передал мне квартиру, я обнаружил, что на ней висит задолженность с момента установки счётчика.
Я обратился в Петроэлектросбыт, передал им все сканы документов про собственность через сайт. Мне пришло письмо, что мне всё пересчитают, но надо копии и оригиналы принести в их отделение.
Ок, принёс. Думаю на этом всё будет хорошо. Но нет. Время шло и месяц когда я был собственником я оплатил. Вчера мне приходит письмо, что мне создали новый абонентский номер. И там всё должно быть хорошо.
Ага, счааааз. Подключаю этот номер к личному кабинету, а там долг ещё больше. Звоню в поддержку, мне говорят, что показаний я не передавал на этот абонентский номер. Ясно дело не передавал, я же про него не знал.
И финальный аккорд. Чтобы перенести старый платёж, надо принести в отделение чек и ещё раз документы на собственность.
То есть они там месяц ковырялись в носу, а мне ещё раз бегать с документами. И ведь все документы у них самих есть. Нет, надо снова приносить.
Это просто ад какой-то.
