Я уже вторую неделю слежу за развитием истории под хэштегом #помогитевернутьдетей . И вы взгляните.
Вкратце: в Подмосковье живет семья - мама, папа, 13 детей (вообще 16, но трое выросли, живут отдельно). Из них свой - 1, остальные - усыновленные/под опекой. Некоторые дети нездоровы. Родители так видели свою миссию: спасти столько, сколько смогут. Семья благополучная.
Но однажды воспитательница детского сада заметила у одного из детей синяк, узнала у малыша, что это "папа ударил", и сообщила в полицию. После чего 10 детей были изъяты у родителей. Сразу же. Детей не отдают вторую неделю, не разрешают родителям видеться с ними. Говорят, все нужно расследовать.
Но я не могу понять, почему крошечных детей сначала отбирают, а потом начинают выяснять, точно ли нужно.

Просто задумайтесь о том, что в нашем "сегодня" бывает и такое: у родителей забирают детей. До каких-то официальных решений и вердиктов, просто забирают. И не отдают. И не помогают ни петиции, ни обращения в вышестоящие инстанции - ничего.
Я пишу это не для дискуссий. Каждый вправе сделать свои выводы. Но каждый должен знать об этом прецеденте: ребенка. можно. забрать. потому что. синяк на попе.
Upg Я воздерживаюсь от эмоциональных оценок, т.к. сама я не мать, да и изнутри ситуацию, разумеется, не знаю. Меня возмущает именно произвол и чувство беззащитности человека перед законом. Пусть были бы проверки, инспекции, допросы, детекторы лжи - да что угодно. Но зачем. Можно ж просто, ни во что не вникая и ничего не доказывая, всех вернуть в детдом.
Upg2 Ах да, нынче в интернетах модно "срывать покровы", говоря о том, что всех усыновили из-за совокупного пособия в 560 тыщ. Но если я еще хоть что-то помню из курса математики, то это по 43 тыщи на ребенка. Со всеми одежками-кормежками-кружками-лекарствами, да с проживанием в Подмосковье, - так ли велик навар?
