У таджикской диаспоры в Санкт-Петербурге горе: отнятый опекой у депортируемой из России матери Зарины младенец был найден мёртвым там, куда его доставили сотрудники соцслужбы — в Центре реабилитации детей на улице Цимбалина. Результаты вскрытия не обнародованы, уголовное дело заведено спустя 5 дней со смерти.
Уполномоченный по правам ребёнка в России Павел Астахов вчера заявил, что прокуратура «замыливает» дело.
Согласен с ним, уголовное дело можно было бы завести уже 14 октября, когда медсестра обнаружила тело. Не каждый же день младенец умирает в учреждении, призванном сохранять детей от тяжёлых жизненных ситуаций?! Только вчера, 19 октября, прокуратура возбудила уголовное дело в отношении неопределённого круга лиц по статье 109 Уголовного кодекса (причинение смерти по неосторожности).
Проблема изъятия детей касается всех живущих в России. У нас несколько лет назад начало активно внедряться западное отношение к детям и семье. Россия должна быть собой, страной традиционных ценностей и крепких семей, где семья неприкосновенна. Государство если и вмешивается в семейные дела, то деликатнейшим образом, предоставляя помощь, а не отбирая детей. Мы должны отказаться от привнесения западных норм, по которым любого ребёнка из любой семьи можно отобрать, если работники соцслужбы решат, что она недостаточно хорошо живёт. РВС работает над изменением законодательства в сторону большей человечности и ужесточения контроля за соцслужбами.

The Tajik diaspora in St. Petersburg has grief: the baby taken away by the guardianship of Zarina’s mother deported from Russia was found dead where he was taken by social services - at the Center for Children's Rehabilitation on Tsimbalin Street. The autopsy results were not made public, a criminal case was opened 5 days after death.
The Commissioner for Children's Rights in Russia, Pavel Astakhov, said yesterday that the prosecutor’s office was “closing the case”.
I agree with him, a criminal case could have been opened on October 14, when the nurse discovered the body. Not every day does a baby die in an institution designed to save children from difficult life situations ?! Only yesterday, October 19, the prosecutor's office opened a criminal case against an indefinite number of persons under article 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence).
The problem of the removal of children concerns all living in Russia. A few years ago, a Western attitude towards children and family began to be actively introduced. Russia should be itself, a country of traditional values and strong families, where the family is inviolable. The state, if it intervenes in family affairs, then in a delicate manner, providing assistance, rather than selecting children. We must refuse to introduce Western standards, according to which any child from any family can be selected if the social service workers decide that she does not live well enough. RVS is working to amend the legislation towards greater humanity and tighten control over social services.
