«Майские указы 2012 года должны быть выполнены, несмотря на кризис», — читает Владимир Путин своё послание Федеральному Собранию сегодня, 3 декабря 2015 года. «Офигеть! — подумал я. — Не исполнены указы главы государства, выпущенные 3 с половиной года назад». Если Путин — это глава, голова, то чем является исполнительная власть, не исполняющая поступающее от головы указание?
Судя по просьбе к Парламенту, неисполнительность проблема не только исполнительной, но и законодательной власти. Путин заявил: «Нужно ввести в оборот миллионы гектаров пашни, которые сейчас простаивают, находятся в руках крупных землевладельцев, причем заниматься сельским хозяйством многие из них не спешат».

Напрашивается решение: отделить паразитов от организма-носителя. Решение исполнить очень сложно, и не только из-за всеобщей неисполнительности. В ней проявляется более глобальная проблема, сама суть нынешнего состояния России. Государство Россия, построенное на отрицании СССР, находится в противоречии с преобладанием советского базиса в нашей жизни. В обществе произошла ресоветизация, а сверху поступают сигналы о десоветизации. Для полной мобилизации нужно занять, наконец, позицию уважения к своему советскому наследию. Занять всем гражданам России. Для полного исполнения указов Президенту предстоит полностью отказаться и от всяческих бизнесов на народе, и от солидарности с теми, кто убивал сначала СССР, а затем и русский народ.
