Когда человек остается один на один с хамством и несправедливостью, у него могут опуститься руки, он может разочароваться в людях, в жизни, может заболеть. А если это хамство обращено к учителю, ветерану труда, то его тем более трудно перенести без психологических проблем и последствий для здоровья.
Все это произошло в небольшом городе Мыски в Кемеровской области.
Иван Юрьевич Роман — учитель физкультуры со стажем более 45 лет. При знакомстве с описанной ниже историей стоит держать в памяти многочисленные награды и заслуги И.Ю. Романа: ветеран труда, Заслуженный учитель России, имеет звание «Учитель-методист», звание «Отличник народного просвещения», множество дипломов и наград городского, регионального значения. Его ученики из года в год занимают призовые места на городских, региональных соревнованиях, а несколько десятков выпускников школы пошли по его стопам и стали учителями физкультуры и тренерами.
Он уволился по собственному желанию.
Версия директора школы Оксаны Шадриной такова: на учителя поступило много жалоб. После короткого внутреннего расследования в форме анонимного анкетирования учеников 8 класса (от ребенка именно 8 класса поступило обращение) суть жалоб была подтверждена. После этого учителю было предложено уволиться по собственному желанию, что он и сделал.
Версия Ивана Романа детальнее. Он начал издалека. ... одна из учениц не справлялась с нагрузками на уроках, при этом она и так была в группе, занимавшейся по облегченной программе. Учитель просил, чтобы мать обратилась к руководству школы и написала заявление для перехода девочки в самую «легкую» медгруппу по состоянию здоровья. Мама девочки не стала приходить в школу, а обратилась сразу с жалобой в Управление образования. Одновременно с ней жалобы написали родители еще 10–20 детей, более точная цифра Роману неизвестна. Но зато известно, что не все дети пожаловавшихся родителей учились у пострадавшего учителя. Характеризуя группу пожаловавшихся родителей, учитель утверждал, что это сектанты.
